North American Bluegrass Stakes Heifer Sale Terms, conditions and guarantees herein in writing shall constitute a binding contract between buyer and seller. Terms of the sale are cash or check payable at the close of the sale and prior to load-out unless previous arrangements have been made with the owner in advance.
