WATERLESS CONCRETE CLEANER How often should EXIMO be applied? EXIMO should be applied regularly to continue to remove oil stains and treat new oil. Target stains should be treated as necessary. Application frequency will vary by site based on traffic and oil accumulation. An average fuel location should apply the product every 1-3 weeks. How much EXIMO should be applied per application? EXIMO s coverage area can vary depending on the cement s surface texture, with rougher surfaces requiring more product. On average, 1/4-cup will cover 55 SF, the average size of 1 fuel lane or 1 parking space. For best results, start with less product and apply additional product as needed. What preparations are needed before applying EXIMO? Clear away any debris and dispose of any trash. Concrete should be dry before applying EXIMO, but it is OK to apply before concrete becomes wet. Please follow all company and product safety procedures during use. Do I have to block off the entire facility when applying EXIMO? No -- only section off the work area necessary to ensure personnel safety. After the application, the area is ready for use. You can treat one section at a time, while leaving other areas open for business. How do I know when I am finished applying EXIMO? Application is complete when the product has been evenly spread out and no excess product remains. If excess product remains, continue sweeping product until all product is dispersed. The application is creating a lot of dust Am I doing something wrong? Using too much EXIMO during application may cause dust. Try applying the minimum amount of product required to treat a smaller area of concrete surface. EXIMO should NOT be applied during extreme winds or gusty conditions. How is EXIMO better than pressure washing my location? Unlike pressure washing, EXIMO is environmentally friendly and does not violate environmental regulations. Waterless cleaning is more efficient and leaves a brighter, cleaner surface. Application does not require closing off the entire operation. Using EXIMO can save up to 75% over pressure washing. Is it true that EXIMO should be applied to new locations before opening? Yes. EXIMO has a high specific gravity that works to fill the pores of concrete and establish a protective barrier that will start the cleaning process immediately and consume future oil stains. Is EXIMO just cosmetic or does it really clean the concrete? Cleaning begins immediately after application and continues for up to 30-days. Under certain conditions an enzymatic reaction can be observed with the oil stain turning white. This is nature s way at work, eating the hydrocarbon (oil stains) and turning it into harmless carbon dioxide and water. Rev XMOFQ130806

MULTI-SURFACE STAIN ELIMINATOR CLEANER How long should I leave the BOOST HD Absorbent Pad in place? Remove the BOOST HD Absorbent Pad after 30 minutes and let the area dry. For stubborn or heavy stains, reapply BOOST HD and BOOST HD Absorbent Pad to the area for an additional 30 minutes. How often should BOOST HD be applied? BOOST HD should be applied as needed. Regularly scheduled cleanings ensure location cleanliness standards. We recommend weekly scheduled cleanings. BOOST HD is designed to work with other CAF products like EXIMO in maintaining an ongoing clean outdoor appearance. How much BOOST should I use on a stain? For a 12 x 12 (1 SQ FT) stain, use 1 ounce of BOOST HD solution. Why do I have to push down the BOOST HD Absorbent Pad after I spray? BOOST HD Stain Eliminator solution contains surfactants that allow stains to be pulled away from the concrete and into the BOOST HD Absorbent Pad. The dry pad pulls away the solution and removes stains and grime. Where can I use BOOST HD? BOOST HD is designed to work on concrete surfaces like fueling islands, sidewalks, parking lots, and drive-thru lanes. BOOST HD can be used to clean stains from diesel, beverages, or garbage. How many times can I use the BOOST HD Absorbent Pad? The BOOST HD Absorbent Pad can be reused. Simply dry out the BOOST Absorbent Pad and use again until the pad becomes overly worn or saturated. Please read the SDS prior to use. Even though BOOST HD has been tested to be a safe cleaning solution, it is recommended that you wash your hands immediately after using the product. What do I do with the BOOST HD Absorbent Pad after use? This product must be disposed of in accordance with Federal, State and Local environmental regulations. Contact officials in your area for proper disposal procedures. Rev BSTFQ151005 Copyright 2015 CAF All Rights Reserved.

MULTI SURFACE CLEANER How often should OTIS be applied? OTIS is an effective surface cleaner that should be used regularly to keep your location looking clean. Often, your company s operations manual will specify cleaning frequency for items such as your dispensers and nozzles. Is OTIS safe to use on my fueling equipment? Yes. OTIS has been tested to be safe for use on fueling equipment such as dispensers, nozzles, hoses and more. DO NOT spray OTIS or ANY cleaning agent directly at any electronic components or card readers. Where can I use OTIS? OTIS is effective at removing stains caused by coffee, soda and other beverages on concrete, garbage bins and anything else that needs cleaning, inside and out. OTIS is certified by the NSF as a general cleaner on all surfaces in and around food processing areas. Like all cleaning agents, make sure to rinse the surface with clean water. What if there is streaking after cleaning? Typically if there is streaking on the surface after cleaning, it is often due to not enough product being applied. Apply product liberally to surface to suspend the dirt and grime, and allow it to drain off the surface. Rinse with water. Please read the MSDS prior to use. Even though OTIS has been tested to be a safe cleaning agent, it is recommended that you wash your hands immediately after using the product. What happens if I let the dirty water run off the dispenser/nozzle onto my concrete pad? If you allow the dirty water to drain to the concrete, and clean your concrete with EXIMO, you can naturally remove the hydrocarbons and eliminate the need for disposal of oily rags. EXIMO waterless concrete cleaner and OTIS provide an environmentally friendly alternative to disposing of oily rags which are often considered hazardous waste. There is white residue left after I clean, how can I eliminate this? The white residue is just excess OTIS product left on the surface. To reduce or eliminate, rinse the surface being cleaned with plenty of clean water to flush the surface. Alternatively, use LUXSS Multi-Surface Polish Wipes after cleaning to polish and protect your equipment. Rev OTSFQ130806

CONCENTRATE GLASS CLEANER How does ORUS reduce odor in my squeegee bucket water? Squeegee bucket swamp odor is caused by growth of bacteria, algae and other living organisms. ORUS contains active ingredients that combat this growth, maintaining an odor-free solution. How often should I change my squeegee bucket water? Every 1-2 days. Your company s operations manual may also specify how often a location is supposed to change your squeegee bucket water. If the water is excessively dirty, or is getting low, (i.e. has been spilled or used up) then change as needed. Can this solution be used to clean my store windows? Yes. ORUS is designed specifically to be effective on glass surfaces, which include all types of windows. For best results, use a squeegee after cleaning windows to remove residual cleaning solution. Can I use ORUS in the winter? ORUS alone only lowers the freezing point of water by a few degrees. For year-round use, add FRIGO winter additive to ORUS to effectively lower the freezing point well below -20º F. What if there s streaking after cleaning? Typically if there s streaking left behind on a glass surface it is because residual cleaning solution is left behind. Reapply cleaning solution, and squeegee. Please read the MSDS prior to use of product. Even though ORUS has been tested to be a safe cleaning solution, it is recommended that you wash your hands immediately after using the product. How much water can be added to each measurement of ORUS? For best results, add 1-2.5 gallons of water per measurement of ORUS. Adding more water dilutes the product, and reduces the effectiveness and adding too little water wastes product without significantly increasing cleaning performance. What is the difference between AERIS and ORUS glass window cleaners? ORUS glass window cleaner is a phosphate free window cleaner designed for use in the squeegee buckets. Like AERIS, ORUS eliminates swamp odor by combating bacteria and algae growth. What is phosphate free? Phosphates are synthetic materials used to boost cleaning efficiency. The phosphates have been removed and replaced by other natural environmentally safe ingredients. Rev ORSUFQ130806

WINTER ADDITIVE What makes FRIGO different than other anti-freeze solutions? Safety - FRIGO solution is safe for personnel handling; methanol based formulation is non-poisonous and more environmentally friendly. System - With FRIGO you use only what you need. FRIGO comes with optional custom thermometer to direct mixing to use only what s needed. Simple. Savings - FRIGO saves $$$ money because you can adjust the amount or freeze protection to the daily temperature each time you mix. Can PROTERO be used inside the store? YES. PROTERO can be used on metal surfaces inside and outside the store. PROTERO is NSF certified C1 to be used on non-food contact surfaces. PROTERO has a pleasant citrus smell and does not contain any harsh chemicals. However, DO NOT use PROTERO on the floor as it will leave the floor slippery. Is PROTERO flammable? NO. PROTERO is non-flammable. Is PROTERO safe? YES. PROTERO has been tested and proven to be safe. However, as with all cleaning chemicals, we recommend using safety glasses when spraying overhead. Always read and become familiar with the MSDS before using a product. What if I polish my pumps when they are wet? PROTERO is oil based and does not mix well with water. Make sure that any surfaces you wish to polish effectively are wiped dry before using PROTERO. Rev PROFQ260411

MULTI-SURFACE POLISH What makes LUXSS different than other polishes? LUXSS wipes are pre-moistened towels that come ready to use. The LUXSS formula is nonflammable, and is safe for equipment, people and the environment. In addition, LUXSS leaves behind a non-oily silicone based coating to shine and protect your cleaning surfaces. Is LUXSS flammable? NO. LUXSS is a non-aerosol, non-flammable polish that is safe to use on a wide variety of surfaces and equipment. What types of surfaces can LUXSS be used on? LUXSS is a multi-surface polish designed to be used on most hard surfaces. Examples include; stainless steel, plastic laminate, painted metal, rubber hoses and more. Does LUXSS protect surfaces from weather elements and corrosion? Yes. LUXSS leaves behind a silicone base coating that serves as a protective barrier from harmful salts, acidic rain, chemicals, sunlight and other damaging sources. Using LUXSS creates a barrier, keeping these harmful sources away from your equipment and cleaning surfaces. LUXSS is streaking Am I doing something wrong? Typically if there s streaking on the surface after polishing, it is often due to uneven pressure while applying or when LUXSS is used on a dirty surface and the wipe becomes excessivly dirty. Apply product to clean surface with even pressure using the palm of your hand. Can I use LUXSS to clean and polish my equipment? Clean your equipment first with OTIS surface cleaner, then polishing with LUXSS gives the best results for clean and polished equipment. LUXSS wipes are rather dry, are they supposed to be that way? LUXSS wipes are pre-moistened towels that have just the right amount of product on them to polish without leaving excess product running down your equipment. If the bucket is not closed tightly after use the wipes can dry out, add a very small amount of clean water to re-hydrate. Can LUXSS be used inside the store? Yes. LUXSS is safe to use on surfaces both inside and outside the store. Uses inside include stainless steel surfaces, countertops, plastic surfaces, as well as many others. Do not use LUXSS on the floor as it will leave the surface slippery. Please read the MSDS prior to use of product. Even though LUXSS has been tested to be a safe cleaning agent, it is recommended that you wash your hands after using the product. Rev LUXFQ130806

PROTECTIVE SHIELDS How long will SKINZZ protect my equipment? The field life of SKINZZ Protective Shields depends on proper installation and the surrounding environment. Properly installed, SKINZZ will protect your equipment for 5-7+ years. In the event of vandalism, SKINZZ is designed to be immediately removed, and replaced. Does SKINZZ require special care or cleaning? CAF recommends a mild detergent cleaner for best results on your SKINZZ Protective Shields. Do not use alcohol or ammonia cleaners (e.g., Windex ). For cleaning, spray cleaning solution on a clean rag and wipe. Never spray cleaning solution directly on electronics. Do not use rough or abrasive materials for cleaning SKINZZ. After applying SKINZZ and using the squeegee to remove excess solution, there seems to be a haze remaining. Is that haze permanent? It is normal for SKINZZ Application Solution to become trapped between SKINZZ and the application area. That solution may initially cause a haze effect, and will fade away in the 2-4 days as the application solution "dries-out". How much protection will SKINZZ Protective Shields provide to my equipment? SKINZZ is specially designed hard-coat surface makes it resistant to scratches and gouges that would leave unprotected equipment damaged and in need of replacement. Although SKINZZ has demonstrated significant resistance to damaging penetration, no protection is guaranteed due to the numerous variables of tools, knives and force. SKINZZ will provide substantial penetration resistance against typical vandalism wear and tear. Does SKINZZ provide UV protection? Yes. SKINZZ reduces the penetration of UV rays by 98%, which will help equipment to look newer and last longer. (UV rays lead to brittle, cracked and discolored equipment.) How much SKINZZ Application Solution should be used? One or two full sprays of SKINZZ Application Solution on the adhesive side of SKINZZ is sufficient to apply the shield; however, additional solution applied directly to the equipment may provide an improved ability to adjust and center SKINZZ on the equipment. Too much spray increases dry-out time. How do I remove SKINZZ? SKINZZ Protective Shields creates a strong bond with the underlying equipment without a sticky residue upon removal. SKINZZ can be removed easily with SKINZZ Removal Tool from CAF. This small removal tool will allow you to break the bond at a corner or edge of the shield. Once that seal is broken, the shield easily peels off of the equipment. Use caution when using any hook or tool to not scratch the existing surface. Is SKINZZ affected by an environment of heat, cold, or heavy gasoline vapor? No. SKINZZ was successfully tested in extreme heat, cold, and heavy gasoline and diesel vapor environments with no changes to adhesion or clarity. Rev SKFAQ132002

GRAFFITI REMOVER What does VIVX remove? VIVX effectively removes spray paint, permanent markers, adhesive residue, tar, lipstick, pen, wax build-up, and more. On what surfaces should VIVX be used? VIVX can be used on both smooth and textured surfaces. VIVX is safe to use on concrete, brick, stone, tile, metal, plastic, baked enamel, street signs, and more. Even though VIVX is approved safe on most surfaces, always test the product on an inconspicuous place before use. How long should I wait to wipe/scrub off a mark after applying VIVX? On smooth surfaces: wipe immediately with clean cloth. On porous surfaces: brush immediately with a nylon brush or clean cloth, then flush entire area with water. Please read product label for proper cleaning instructions and safety information prior to use of product. VIVX is engineered to cling to vertical surfaces for increased safety. VIVX is flammable and should not be used around an open flame. How does VIVX remove just the graffiti and not the underlying paint? VIVX is effective at removing graffiti marks by breaking down the mark on the surface without penetrating the surface. Some surfaces and methods of marking allow for the graffiti marks to penetrate the surface. VIVX is less effective on removing marks that have penetrated the exterior surface and is not to be used as a paint stripper. What should I do if VIVX does not remove the entire stain in the first application? VIVX works to effectively remove layer by layer. In most cases where VIVX is not able to completely remove a mark on the first application, each additional application of VIVX will weaken/fade the existing mark. Some marks may require more than one (1) application. Is VIVX VOC compliant for use in California? Yes. VIVX meets strict VOC compliance standards and is compliant for use in California. Rev VVXFQ130806

HEAVY DUTY ERASER What does MAGIC PAD remove? Magic Pad effectively removes scuffs, dirt, graffiti, adhesives, finger prints and more. On what surfaces should MAGIC PAD be used? Magic Pad can be used on both smooth and textured surfaces. Magic Pad is safe to use on concrete, bricktone, tile, metal, plastic, baked enamel, street signs, and more. Even though Magic Pad is approved safe on most surfaces, always test the product on an inconspicuous place before use. How does MAGIC PAD remove marks and scuffs? Magic Pad is effective at removing scuff marks because the texture has tiny microfibers that penetrate deep into the pores of a surface. What should I do if Magic Pad does not remove the entire stain in the first application? Magic Pad works to effectively remove layer by layer. In most cases where Magic Pad is not able to completely remove a mark on the first application, each additional application of Magic Pad will weaken/fade the existing mark. Some marks may require more than one (1) application. How does Magic Pad work? Simply wet Magic Pad with water or an approprieate cleaner such as OTIS or VIVX. Apply pressure to scrub away unwanted marks, scuffs, dirt, graffiti, adhesives or finger prints. Rev CMPFQ130809

CUSTOM PAINT What surfaces is TOUCH UP designed for? TOUCH UP is effective on aluminum, galvanized steel, vinyl, concrete, stucco, masonry, block, cement composition siding, steel, and wood. What should be done to prepare surfaces for TOUCH UP? Remove surface contaminants such as rust, peeled or damaged paint and sand glossy surfaces dull. For best results, apply TOUCH UP Primer before applying paint. Is a single coat of TOUCH UP sufficient? For best results, use TOUCH UP Primer to prepare surface for paint. You may need to apply multiple coats of paint depending on the application surface. Allow coats to dry between applications. Should weather be considered when using TOUCH UP? Yes. Do not use TOUCH UP if rain or snow is expected within two (2) hours of application. Ensure temperature is above 35⁰ F. How can I clean paint spills and marks? Use soap and warm water to clean any paint spills or marks. What is the best method for applying TOUCH UP to metal surfaces? For optimal results, use TOUCH UP primer on metal surfaces. A dabbing motion is recommended when applying TOUCH UP to metal or any non-porous surfaces. For best results, apply multiple coats of TOUCH UP. How do I store TOUCH UP? After use, rinse applicator sponge by holding bottle applicator down under a stream of water. When rinsing the applicator, avoid depressing the red plunger at the center of applicator to release more paint. Use a disposable towel to dry applicator before securing cap. After storing TOUCH UP, what should be done before use? Ensure applicator sponge is dry with a disposable towel. Press applicator against surface to be painted and squeeze bottle to begin flow of paint. When I came back to use TOUCH UP again, the applicator was dried solid. What do I do now? If applicator is dried solid, wet the sponge applicator and squeeze repeatedly to break up any dried paint that would prevent the flow of paint. Once the flow of paint has been restored, be sure to dry the applicator of excessive water with a disposable towel prior to use. Rev TUPFQ130708
