Announcements from the sale block and supplement sheet will take precedence over materials presented in this sale book. Terms of payment are cash, good check (with proper ID), or credit card. All credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee (Accept Visa and/or MasterCard). No cattle will be loaded until approved by the sale clerks. Health: Each animal selling will be accompanied with a state approved health certificate from it s state of origin for interstate travel. Registration & Transfer: All animals sold as registered will have papers available for transfer as well as use for showing at the IBE. Please leave the sale clerks how you would like your purchases transfered. Livestock Transportation: No cattle will be loaded until completion of the sale. We will be happy to assist in finding the most reasonable trucking rates available. Insurance: Will be available through Harding & Harding Insurance Company. Contact the clerks at the time of settlement for your insurance needs. Liability: Each animal sold will become the responsibility of the buyer as soon as sold. This sale was brought about to offer up quality cattle from some of the states top breeders, who otherwise would not be able to sale at the expo due to lack of numbers from their respective breed associations. The state of Illinois is blessed to have high quality Shorthorn, Maine, Chi, Charolais, & all other breeds breeders.
