BOOK WITH CERTAINTY To ensure your desired date and time, we recommend scheduling your treatments two weeks in advance. If you have any special requests, or would like to request a particular provider, please let us know when booking your treatments. Please communicate any allergies and/or medical conditions upon checking in. Once you ve booked, that time is reserved for you and is subject to a four hour cancellation notice. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so four hours prior to your appointment to avoid a full service charge. ARRIVE EARLY Get the most out of your spa experience by arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment. All spa guests are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy the quiet room and steam sauna. Late arrival will limit the time of your treatment. In an effort to not delay the next guest, your treatment will end at its scheduled time. The full value of the treatment will be applied. To get the most of your spa experience, ask about our digital detox. SPA ATTIRE We will provide you with a robe and slippers for your treatments. Men receiving facials should shave no less than two hours prior to their service. For your safety and comfort, we suggest you leave your jewelry and valuables in your guest room or at home.
