Luxury OVERVIEW Life & Leisure LUXURY is a glossy, largeformat magazine that appears quarterly in The Australian Financial Review. From its May 2007 launch issue, Luxury was an instant success with readers and advertisers alike. Luxury continues to build its following by scouring the world to present some of the most indulgent money-can-buy experiences. The magazine is an insight into the world of luxury, a look at the business beneath the glamour containing in-depth coverage of news, trends and profiles of captains of the luxury industry.

My Luxe A celebrity s or well-known identity s take on luxury and what it means to them. We grill them on everything from favourite watch, car, place, to most inspiring person and biggest challenge. Style WHAT S INSIDE The opening section introduces readers to everything that s new and stylish in the world of luxury, including motoring, watches, architecture, design, fashion, grooming and accessories. Features Each issue of Luxury follows a theme and our features section contains exclusive interviews, behind the scenes look at the people and brands we love, photo essays, trends pieces and looks at the ever-changing world of luxury globally. Travel For many of us, there is no greater luxury than time, and spending that time in a beautiful destination. Each issue we bring you some of the most luxurious experiences on the planet. Life Fashion Acclaimed fashion stylist Virginia van Heythuysen sources the latest luxury fashion from around the globe for her inspiring and gorgeous fashion shoots each issue. The magazine s final section looks at wine, food, beauty, art and bespoke luxury and how to best experience it.

EDITORIAL TEAM Viginia van Heythuysen Bani McSpedden Bani McSpedden is the Financial Review s watch editor. A former creative director with international groups and founder of his own advertising agency, Bani is the pioneer of mass media coverage of watches in this region. Katarina Kroslakova Editor Katarina Kroslakova started at Fairfax in 2000 as a sports journalist and finally found her calling as Editor of Life & Leisure weekly and Luxury magazine in 2009. Her areas of specialty (professional and personal) are travel, shoes, and the arts. Virginia van Heythuysen is the Fashion Stylist across the Financial Review. Her unique style of fashion narrative is highly recognisable, her strength is weaving stories through highly intricate and beautiful shoots.

EDITORIAL TEAM Tony Davies Hannah Tattersall Hannah Tattersall is a former staff writer at the Financial Review, and is now the New York correspondent, writing on luxury, arts, fashion, entertainment, business, travel and lifestyle. Robert Bevan Robert Bevan writes internationally on architecture, design, hotels and, especially, cultural travel. He is presently based in London where he is the architecture critic for the Evening Standard. Tony Davis is has worked for Fairfax publications since the late 1980s. As motoring writer, he reports on the latest trends and samples some of the world most expensive and desirable cars.

Paul Best EDITORIAL TEAM Ute Junker Ute Junker has spent 20 years covering the business of luxury for print and television. She spends much of each year on the road, exploring the latest trends in travel, food, design and style. Paul Best has worked as a writer and editor for more than two decades. He worked for The Age, where he wrote for various sections and edited Livewire, the consumer technology supplement. Paul covers food, design and architecture for Luxury.
