Booking your Vogue Spa Party A credit card number will be requested to guarantee your spa party booking. We would be pleased to accept either MasterCard or Visa. A client coordinator will call the party organiser to confirm your Vogue Spa Party and will request credit card information at that time. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for spa parties of 4 or more cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours notice. Cancellation Policy: The scheduled services for your Spa Party are reserved and staffed to accommodate the requests of your party guests. Therefore, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy for all spa parties. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 100% service fee. Saturday bookings incur a 10% surcharge. Spa Party Arrivals All spa party participants must arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment(s) in order to complete a client consultation form and prepare for their services. To enable us to provide quality service to all clients, treatments must be started and completed on time. Spa parties must consist of a minimum of four guests (including the organiser). The maximum number of guests will be determined by spa staff availability at the requested date and time. If only 4 guests the spa may have other paying guests at the same time so consideration of ambience needs to be met if it is during normal trading hours. All spa party attendees (including host) must purchase at least one spa service. Spa parties can be booked during the day or organised for after hours private party service (for more than 5 guests).

Medical Contra Indications If you have any medical conditions, allergies or are pregnant please ensure you let our Salon Coordinator or your Therapist know, as some services may not be suitable for you and we will be more than happy to suggest other treatments. You will be asked to complete a personal history form with questions regarding your medical history. Please discuss anything which is highlighted with your Therapist. If you have been to us before but your medical situation or prescriptions have changed please let us know. Spa Etiquette Tips to enhance your Spa Experience: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late to your appointment, your duration will be reduced to accommodate our next guest. Please allow time for parking, as we don t want you to arrive stressed and late due to you rushing beforehand. Underwear must be worn for all body treatments. For some treatments we will provide disposable underwear. Towels are used at all times to respect your privacy. We will accommodate those with small children wherever possible, but we do not take responsibility for the care or safety of children. The timing of packages is approximate and the order of services specified may change at the therapist s discretion. We accept cash and selected credit cards. Unfortunately we don t accept Personal Cheques. Confirmation Policy Vogue accepts online bookings. Once you have created an account you will be able to book your desired appointment time with your desired therapist. You will them receive confirmation of your appointment. On failing to not turn up for a scheduled appointment, you will receive an invoice for our time and services. As a courtesy to our clients we will endeavour to confirm your appointment the day before. We will do this by either text message, email or phone confirmation to the number we have on

record. This is purely a courtesy and does not mean that if you are not confirmed that we are liable for you not arriving for your appointment. Cancellation Policy All bookings for treatments over an hour long are held by a credit card. This is refundable if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice. (All Non-Refundable if you don t adhere to our Cancellation Policy.) When rescheduling or cancelling appointments, it would be appreciated if you would give 24 hours notice. No Show Policy We do not overbook our time and our Therapists are blocked out for the full time of your treatment specified. We give our clients the full courtesy of being our single focus in that time and therefore do not take double bookings. Therefore when clients fail to notify us that they will not be coming to their appointment, it not only leaves our Therapist with nothing to do for that time (therefore losing money for the business) but it may mean that another client has not been able to have their appointment when they wanted to, as time is very precious and we do have many days where we are fully booked. This is selfish and not what is expected of our clients so to compensate for that, if you have an appointment and you fail to notify us that you can no longer make that appointment it will be noted on your name on the computer system. Therefore when you make your next appointment you may be required to leave a deposit for that appointment to guarantee your booking.
