Veritas Dress Code/Uniform Information Veritas Classical School has developed its dress code with careful consideration of the purposes of school uniforms, which are to Create unity in appearance in our school community Instill a sense of school identity and spirit Provide a model for dignified dress and good grooming that is appropriate, modest, practical, and comfortable for the various activities of the school day Give primary attention to learning, eliminating clothing-related focus or competition Prioritize simplicity and affordability for families The focus at Veritas is on academics and character, and the aim of the dress code is for compliance with it to be simple and straightforward, so that enforcement does not become a distraction from the important work at hand. In order maintain consistency of color and style, all uniform items except socks, tights, belts, and shoes must be purchased through Lands End, and there are a variety of comfortable and affordable options available for boys and girls.
