Gently massage cleanser, rinse with tepid water and pat dry. TONE: Apply Sebutone to affected areas. MOISTURIZE: Apply A, C & E Oil to affected areas. PROTECT: Apply Sunscreen SPF 25 if going outside. PM CLEANSE: Apply a dime-sized amount of Sebuwash to wet skin. Gently massage cleanser, rinse with tepid water and pat dry. TONE: Apply Sebutone to affected areas. TREAT: Apply ACM #1 or #2 peel to affected problematic areas and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse peel off thoroughly and pat dry. Repeat peel every night, or every other night if skin becomes sensitive. MOISTURIZE: Apply A, C & E Oil to affected areas. ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS: Avoid all milk products Stop eating bread and carbohydrates Do not eat sugar or sugared products Add Vita-Enriched Colostrum Gel occasionally if skin becomes sensitive

Pigmentation Spot Facial TREATMENT TIME: 60 minutes (90 minutes with DF Machine) SKIN TYPE: All, especially mature and photo-damaged HOME REGIMEN SUGGESTION: Clarifying Lotion, C-Boost and Concentrated Retinol Serum 1 DF MACHINE: Optional DESCRIPTION: Target pigmentation such as freckles, ages spots and hyper-pigmented scars with the high concentrations of Niacinamide and SepiWhite-MSH found in ENVIRON s Clarifying Lotion. The treatment can be further intensified with the optional use of the DF Machine and/or Cosmetic Roll-CIT or Focus-CIT. REQUIRED PRODUCTS Eye Make-Up Remover Pre-Cleanser Clay Masque Cleansing Gel Alpha Gel Alpha Toner Forte Cosmetic Roll-CIT or Focus-CIT (optional) Clarifying Lotion A & C Serum 1, 2 or 3 (as appropriate) Treatment Gel (DF Machine only) Alginate Mask Conductive Gel Vita-Antioxidant Hydrating Oil Capsules Environ Sunscreen SPF25 (during the day TREATMENT PROTOCOL 1. REMOVE MAKE-UP Gently remove eye make-up with Eye Make-Up Remover. 2. PRE-CLEANSE Apply and lightly massage Pre-Cleanser into the skin for 5 minutes with steam. Then apply a generous layer of Clay Masque over the Pre-Cleanser and continue massaging both products into the skin with steam for another 5 minutes. 3. CLEANSE Apply Cleansing Gel. Remove with a wet cotton pad or sponge. 4. RENEW Apply a thin layer of Alpha Gel. Massage gently into the skin for 5 minutes, adding steam to intensify the effects. 5. CLEANSE Apply Cleansing Gel. Remove with a wet cotton pad or sponge. 6. TONE Apply Alpha Toner Forte with a cotton pad. 7. ROLL (OPTIONAL) If the patient is using Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 2, Vita- Peptide C-Quence Serum 2 or higher at home, gently tap a new Focus-CIT over specific areas of pigmentation (e.g. freckles, ages spots and hyper-pigmented scars, etc) or roll a new Cosmetic Roll-CIT horizontally, diagonally and vertically over the entire face for 5 minutes. NOTE: Following the procedure, the Focus-CIT or Cosmetic Roll-CIT should be given to the patient for them to use as part of their daily, at-home skin care regimen. The Focus-CIT and Cosmetic Roll-CIT CANNOT be reused on another patient. 8. INTENSIFY Using your fingertips, apply a dab of Clarifying Lotion to 3-5 targeted areas of pigmentation. VITAMINIZE Based on the patient s current at-home ENVIRON regimen, select and apply the appropriate strength of A & C Serum (see chart below) over the entire face; if the patient is not currently using ENVIRON at home, apply A & C Serum 1. Let the products absorb into the skin for a few seconds. SONOPHORESIS/IONTOPHORESIS (OPTIONAL) Apply a generous dab of Treatment Gel on the end of the Sono/Ionto Probe. Using positive polarity, perform Sonophoresis and Iontophoresis through the Sono/Ionto Probe for 5 minutes on each of the targeted areas of pigmentation. If not using the DF Machine to enhance the facial, skip to the next step. 11. MASK Place tissues around the hairline. Prepare and apply the Alginate Mask. Let the mask set for 5 minutes until it is rubberized. If not using the DF Machine to enhance the facial, let the mask set for an additional 15 minutes and skip to Step 14. 12. IONTOPHORESIS (OPTIONAL) Attach the 4 DF Machine Clips to the mask. To ensure the clips do not touch the skin, gently lift the edge of the mask and slide a cotton round under each clip. Then paint a dab of Conductive Gel on the tip of each clip and onto the mask to ensure current flow between the two. 13. Ensure the patient is grounded with the Rubber Back Pad or Hand Held Electrode. Then perform Iontophoresis on negative polarity for 20 minutes. Afterward, gently lift off the mask and lightly massage any excess product into the skin. 14. INTENSIFY Apply one Vita-Antioxidant Hydrating Oil Capsule. 15. PROTECT If during the day, finish by applying Environ Sunscreen SPF25.

Set timer to 25 minutes, polarity on POSITIVE (+), place foot peddle in comfortable position. Decant a small amount of Sono DFP 312, and A & C Serum #2 in a pallet. Remove Revival Masque with a warm towel and 4x4's. Use the Focus CIT to target areas (crow's feet, 11's, etc.) Apply Focus Frown Serum to eye area, between the brow and forehead. Apply Focus Hydrating Serum to the face, neck and decollete. Divide the face into 7-8 sections (include eye area). Apply Sono DFP 312 and use A & C Serum #2 as a gliding agent for the probe. Press START, apply sono probe to the skin, depress foot peddle, slowly turn ION OUTPUT up until.02 -.04ma. Work each area for 3 minutes. Turn ION OUTPUT down and continue to the next area. When you have completed treatment to the entire face proceed to the masque. MASQUE: Place tissues along the hairline.
