SEASON TICKETS Festival Verdi 2017 season ticket holders will have the right to pre-purchase season tickets for Festival Verdi 2018 from 27 to 8 March 2018 for the stalls, boxes, and gallery. Opera Season 2018 season ticket holders for Teatro Regio di Parma will be able to purchase a new season ticket for Festival Verdi 2018 on 9 and 10 March 2018. New season tickets will go on sale 13 and 14 March 2018 at the Teatro Regio di Parma Box Office. When renewing or purchasing season tickets, Festival Verdi 2018 season ticket holders will be able to buy pre-sale tickets for Le Trouvère with a reduction of 20% for any programmed date. Festival Verdi 2018 season ticket holders will further be able to, upon renewal of their season ticket, purchase pre-sale tickets for: - Mezzogiorno in musica at the discounted price of 3.00; - Orchestra Giovanile della Via Emilia; - Richard Galliano; - Verdi Macbeth; - Sergio Rubini legge Macbeth; Season ticket holders for Festival Verdi 2018 will have the right to pre-sales and to purchase season tickets for Festival Verdi 2019 at terms that will be confirmed at a later stage. Companies will also be able to choose one or more boxes from those selected by Theatre Management, with the possibility of using the rear area to entertain their guests. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS Youth Special Festival Verdi Persons under 30 years of age are entitled to a 50% discount on the cost of season tickets and tickets for all performances, for seats in the stalls and boxes (including performances not included in the season ticket) at Teatro Regio di Parma and for Le Trouvère at Teatro Farnese. They are also entitled to a discounted ticket for all the recitals of Mezzogiorno in musica. The promotion is subject to availability. Under 30 Card For each performance in rounds B, C, & D at the Teatro Regio di Parma, 20 free Under 30 Cards are available. These Cards are reserved for people under 30 years of age and permit the purchase of performance tickets for 20.00 for seats in the stalls and boxes. Families at Festival Verdi Persons 17 years old and under, if accompanied by a paying adult, can attend round D performances at the price of 15.00. This promotion is subject to availability. Festival Verdi Workers Special Persons that are unemployed, in receipt of unemployment benefits, or have been made redundant, can attend round D performances at the cost of 15.00, upon the presentation of relevant documentation. This promotion is subject to availability. 18App Culture Bonus Teatro Regio di Parma is part of 18App, a Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism and Presidency of the Council of Ministers initiative that is aimed at young people who turned 18 years old in 2016. Teatro Regio di Parma season ticket holders can purchase tickets for performances at the Teatro Carlo Felice di Genova, subject to availability, with a discount of 20% on the full price. Season Tickets must be shown at the time of purchase. The same promotion is available for Carlo Felice di Genova season ticket holders at the Teatro Regio di Parma.
PARCHEGGIO TOSCHI FACILITY Attendees of Festival Verdi 2018 may benefit from a parking discount at Parcheggio Toschi during operas, concerts, theatre and dance performances. The discount is limited to the times specified below: - For afternoon performances commencing before 6.00 pm: the 90 minutes preceding the start and 60 minutes following the conclusion of the performance. - For evening performances commencing from 7.00 pm: the 90 minutes preceding the start until 2.00 am the following day. To activate the discount, attendees must validate their parking ticket in the designated machine located at the theatre. Please note that this discount is strictly for the times specified. Exit from the carpark prior to, or later than, the specified times will nullify this offer and the full price must be paid at regular rates. If you have a TELEPASS, the discount is not automatically applicable at Parcheggio Toschi. To take advantage of the offer, the TELEPASS must be deactivated by switching off the transponder or placing it in the dedicated shield box before entering Parcheggio Toschi. Alternatively, prior to entering Parcheggio Toschi, contact the operators (pr.parmapark@apcoa.it Tel.0521 235953 Mob.340 9684514) and communicate the transponder code so they can disable it, then collect your ticket as normal. The tickets for the Under 30 Premiere are available from the Teatro Regio di Parma Box Office and online at teatroregioparma.it Final Dress Rehearsals Cultural, Recreational, and Musical Associations have the opportunity to attend the final dress rehearsals of Macbeth, Attila, and Le Trouvère, subject to availability, at a special price of 5.00 independently undertaking analysis studies of the programmed operas. TEATRO REGIO DI PARMA SEATING PLAN
GENERAL INFORMATION Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Audience members must remain in possession of their ticket or season ticket card, and present it upon request to theatre staff, who may also ask for further documentation pertaining to discounts. In circumstances where the season ticket holder has forgotten his/her pass, new tickets can be purchased for 3.00 each. As an exception, season ticket holders may request date changes at the Teatro Regio di Parma Box Office, upon presentation of the season ticket card. The request will be granted subject to availability of seats and at a cost of 3.00. In the event of theft or loss, season ticket cards will not be replaced. Under such circumstances, to continue using your seat, the holder must present a self-certified declaration of the theft or loss to Teatro Regio. Tickets are only valid for the date indicated and stated. Alterations are not permitted. Once a performance has commenced, access to the theatre will not be granted until the first interval. It is forbidden to smoke on theatre premises. This ban includes the use of electronic cigarettes. Cameras, audio and video recording equipment cannot be used. Audience members are required to switch off mobile phones and watch alarms. The cloakroom service is free. Audience members are invited to deposit coats, umbrellas, hats and bags. On performance evenings, the bookshop and Grand Café Theatre are open inside the Teatro Regio di Parma. The Tep Prontobus service is available by reservation. Tel: 840222223. A straight and flat pathway leads you from the entrance of the theatre to your seat, in row P, where spaces have been designed for two wheelchairs and two carers. An elevator can be used to access the Gallery, where spaces have been designed for two wheelchairs and two carers in the first row. To use these places, requests must be made in advance through the Theatre Box Office. Box seats differentiate in price according to visibility. Teatro Regio di Parma ensures under Legislative Directive.196 / 03 the confidentiality of personal data and its exclusive use for communications regarding the activities of the theatre itself. At Teatro Regio di Parma, permitted television crews and photographers are allowed to
make audio / video recordings and take photographs before, during and after the show. Images collected may be disseminated through the press, internet or television stations (informative article 13 of Law 196/03 single text on privacy for the public). Teatro Regio di Parma reserves the right to move allocated seats for technical reasons. Teatro Regio di Parma also reserves the right to make any changes to the program that it deems necessary.
