This applies to closeout and irregular products, as well as first-quality merchandise. We do not sell products to purchasers who accumulate, or assist in the accumulation of, Carhartt product for resale. If goods supplied to you by Carhartt, Inc. are transferred from an approved location to an unapproved location, we reserve the right to terminate our business relationship. It is the policy of Carhartt, Inc. to provide our products exclusively to authorized and approved specific locations. We require retailers who are changing location, changing ownership, opening a new retail location or growing through acquisition of another company to obtain written approval from Carhartt, Inc. in order to initiate shipment of goods to the new entity. Carhartt, Inc. reserves the right to terminate our business relationship upon violation of or deviation from the aforementioned policies. Warranty: For over a century, Carhartt, Inc. has been committed to offering the finest workwear products and customer service available. We stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of all of our products. We use only the finest materials and apply strict quality control standards to each and every garment and accessory that we sell. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with each purchase and provide you the best possible service for years to come. Carhartt, Inc. will cover premature failure of any of our products caused by a defect in the original materials or workmanship Carhartt, Inc. has the right to repair or replace any damaged merchandise at its option and expense. Any product that is no longer in production and cannot be repaired will be replaced with a comparable Carhartt product. Since all accessories have an expected service life, this commitment does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or obvious abuse of the accessory. In those cases, Carhartt s Repair Center will determine the disposition of the accessory, be defective, we will repair, or replace it. However, Carhartt, Inc. assumes no liability for replacing or restoring any alterations, embroidery, or other ornamentation added to the garment after its original manufacture. Credit Approval: All orders are subject to acceptance by American Accessories Inc. in order to better serve our customers. American Accessories Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order based on an inability to obtain credit approval or make payment arrangement within a defined period of time. Upon acceptance of order: Payment Terms: Net 30 days from invoice date, in US dollars. Deductions: American Accessories Inc. does not accept any unauthorized invoice deductions. Disputes: In the event of a disagreement, we require written notification with supporting documentation. This notification must be received within six months of the dispute. Claims: Claims for shipments on merchandise damaged or lost in transit are to be filed against the carrier by retailer. Our shipments are carefully audited for accuracy, however, should you find it necessary to request a claim, contact our Customer Service Department at (877) 477-2281. Please specify reason, order number, style number, size and quantity. Carhartt, Inc. reserves the right to deny claims not filed on a timely basis. All claims must be made within 1 year of invoice date. Returns: Accessories returned for credit or replacement are subject to inspection and approval by our Return Department. Items not approved will be returned and no credit or replacement issued. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, contact Customer Service at (877) 477-2281. Please be prepared to provide style numbers, sizes, reason for requesting a return, quantity, and the original invoice number, purchase order number or order confirmation number. Return Authorization Numbers are only valid for 30 days on the items specified. American Accessories Inc. does not allow for handling fees. A restocking fee of 15% may apply under certain circumstances. Cartons containing returns may not weigh more than 40lbs.
