We request children be brought into the salon only when they have an appointment. For everyone s comfort and privacy no children under 16 are allowed in the spa. Children in waiting or retail areas must be supervised by an adult at all times Cell Phones and Tranquility: Please turn off your cell phones prior to arrival. Be mindful of other guest s space. While welcome to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking. Many guests savor a much needed private moment. Payments and Returns Payment Types: We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Spa Finder Gift Cards and Fusion Gift Cards. Personal checks: Only local, printed checks for the amount of the service are accepted. Valid ID is needed.* Returned check is subject to a $30.00 fee. Gratuities: Prices do not include gratuity and are given directly to the service provider by the guest. Gratuities cannot be placed on a credit card. Return Policy We take great pride in our reputation for quality products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase we will assist you with prompt exchange or refund within 2 weeks of purchase with receipt. Service Guarantee We also take pride in all the services we provide; that s why we guarantee all the work we do. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please call us within seven days of your last appointment and we will be happy to schedule a new appointment at no charge. Price listed in menu is based per service. Different services cannot not be combined, even if they are the same price, to form a series. This special pricing cannot be combined with any other discounts. Multiple Service appointments, Groups of 3 or more and Wedding Packages We require a credit card to hold your reservation. A 48 hour notice is required for cancellation. A noshow no-call will result in a charge to your credit card for 100% amount of the services. If you have a gift card, it will be voided. Packages and Series are not refundable.

A p p O I N T M e N T p O L I C I e S Cancellations Should a cancellation be necessary, please be aware that all single services require a 24 hour cancellation. Multiple services and packages require a 48 hour notice. If notification is not received in a timely manner, a cancellation fee will be charged. As a courtesy to our staff, failure to arrive for an appointment will result in a charge for the time reserved. Health Concerns Please notify us while booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure or any other physical ailments or disabilities. Heat treatments are not recommended for pregnant women and guests with heart conditions or high blood pressure. Punctuality Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to all facial, body, and massage services so that you may change, relax, and receive the full benefit of your reservation time. Any client arriving 15 minutes past the time of his or her reservation may be asked to reschedule, or shorten their scheduled service time. Personal Articles We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. We also ask that you wear the smock provided for protection of your clothing.
