WELLNESS BONTON RADNO VRIJEME [ comfort zone ] SPAce histria otvoren je svaki dan od 08:00 do 21:00sata. Tretmani su dostupni od 08:00 do 21:00 sat. Fitness centar radi od 07:00 do 21:00 sat, bazen od 08:00 do 20:00 sati, spa zona od 09:00 do 21:00 sat. ZAKAZIVANJE TRETMANA Kako bi osigurali Vaš željeni tretman ili terapeut bude dostupan, pozivamo Vas da tretman rezervirate unaprijed na Spa recepciji. PROCEDURA OTKAZIVANJA Tretman je moguce otkazati 6 sati prije zakazanog termina bez naknade. Naplacujemo 50% od svakog tretmana koji nije otkazan na vrijeme ili nije održan. DOLAZAK Naš je savjet da uvijek dodete deset minuta prije pocetka Vašeg tretmana kako biste uslugu mogli dobiti u tocno dogovoreno vrijeme. Ako na Vaš zakazani termin zakasnite, tretman ce biti skracen. Tretman uvijek završava u predvideno vrijeme kako kašnjenje ne bi utjecalo na slijedece goste. Molimo uvažite da ce tretman biti naplacen u punoj cijeni. KOMUNIKACIJA Komunikacija sa Vašim terapeutom može biti slobodan i otvoren dijalog. Prije pocetka Vašeg tretmana, molimo Vas da naglasite terapeutu podrucja na koje bi trebao obratiti posebnu pažnju. Tijekom usluge budite slobodni prenijeti terapeutu ako osjecate bilo kakvu nelagodnost. Molimo da svog terapeuta obavijestite ako imate nekih zdravstvenih problema jer bi to moglo utjecati na korištenje spa sadržaja i odabir tretmana. PLACANJE Prihvacamo gotovinu i sve važnije kreditne kartice kao i terecenje na sobu. Cijene ukljucuju PDV. Cijene su podložne promjenama bez prethodne obavijesti. DRAGOCJENOSTI Ne preuzimamo odgovornost za izgubljene ili oštecene osobne stvari. Molimo ostavite dragocjenosti u svojoj sobi ili koristite ormarice koji se nalaze u svlacionicama. SPA ETIQUETTE WORKING HOURS [ comfort zone ] SPAce histria is open every day from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. During this time you can have a treatment, or enter the gym and swimming pool. The spa zone is open from 9 a.m. till 9 p.m. RESERVATION To ensure that your preferred treatment or therapist is available, we invite you to schedule your appointment in advance at the Spa reception. Spontaneous bookings (day-of-service / walk-ins) are always welcomed, and will be confirmed based on availability. CANCELLATION POLICY We require a six hours notice to cancel your treatment without charge. The amount of 50% of a treatment will be charged if it is not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, or if it is not attended. SPA ARRIVAL We would advise arrival to the SPA center ten minutes prior than scheduled in order to provide the service at the scheduled time. Please notice that late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. In fairness to others, we must follow scheduled appointment times so the next guests sessions can begin on time. Please note that in case of late arrival you will be charged the full amount of the service. DIALOGUE Communication with your therapist should be a free and open dialogue. Prior to the start of your service, please advise the areas you would like the therapist to focus on and any areas that should to be avoided. During your service please let the therapist know if you feel any discomfort. Please inform your therapist if you have any medical conditions as this may interfere with Spa use and treatment selection. PAYMENT We accept cash and all major credit cards; as well as room charge. Prices include VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. VALUABLES The hotel takes no responsibility for lost or damaged personal items. Please leave your valuables in your room or use lockers provided in the changing rooms. MINIMUM AGE We welcome guests of all ages in the pool area. Spa zone and Gym are reserved for guests 16 years of age and above.
