Rules and Regulations Pensioners receive a 10 % discount on producing your pensioner s card. 50% deposit is payable on day of booking and the rest on the day of arrival on all packages. If a treatment/ Package is Booked and there was no cancellation 24 hrs before day of arrival there will be no voucher/refund. All treatments booked on Saturday s must be paid in full before arrival. Vouchers: Please bring your voucher on day of treatment as proof of payment. Note that all vouchers have a strict expiry. Date of 3 Months. If voucher is booked and there was no cancellation 24 hrs in advance, your voucher expires. Arrival: Kindly arrive 15 min. prior to your visit to the spa to allow adequate time to change for package treatments and avoid reduced treatment times. Spa treatments need to end on time and late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other guests fairly. Cell phones: We respectfully request that you turn off your cell phone to ensure relaxation for yourself and other guests. The spa is a whisper zone.
