SYSTEM INTEGRATION What is the complete system? All our products are designed to work together in a system. The underwear is designed to work with the clothing on top. It is of course also comfortable, sweat transporting and other features that is the purpose of underwear. The clothing is designed to work with the underwear and the carrying equipment or ballistic protection carried on top of the clothing. It is also easy to move in, has pockets and protection in the right places and gives protection against wear, wind, water or the sun. The carrying equipment and ballistic protection is designed to work with the clothing and backpacks to minimize strain and to be as comfortable as possible. The mission backpacks are designed to attach to the carrying equipment and ballistic protection to maximize the comfort when carrying it. Large backpacks are designed to be carried outside body armour or equipment vests. As we design, produce and distribute all products in the system we can guarantee that they work together. LIGHT UNDERWEAR The first layer job is to keep you dry and comfortable. The material is flame retardant (FR), melt-proof, no drip protection for protection against fires or extreme high temperatures. The innermost, light weight layer is composed of briefs, T-shirt, long sleeve crew neck shirt and long leg pants. HEAVY UNDERWEAR The second layer job is to keep you warm and comfortable. The material is flame retardant (FR), melt-proof, no drip protection for protection against fires or extreme high temperatures. The second, heavy weight insulation layer is composed of long sleeve zipped top shirt and long leg pants. TROUSERS Sizes: 86-112, 44-60, 144-160. Materials: This trouser can be made in any fabric, Polyester/Cotton or Flame retardant. Features: We have different versions of our trousers. You can, more or less get them any way you want it. Waist closure with Velcro or tack stud. Low cut front and high back. Full length fly zipper so women can pee without removing the trousers. Long fly zip for good ventilation. Full length or shorter side zipper for ventilation. Many different pockets. Front pockets with channel for leg straps so the pockets always can be used. Knee pad pockets to protect you knees. Pre bent knees for good moveability. Lower leg pockets for medical gear. Boot connection of a good seal between boots and the trousers. SNIGELDESIGN 4
TROUSERS Details Front lower leg pockets designed for medical gear. Easy to work with when kneeling. Back lower leg pockets designed for medical gear. Easy to work with when kneeling. Leg pockets have open back for leg straps. This makes it possible to use the pocket, even when leg straps are used. Front view of the leg pocket with leg strap. Pre bent/body shaped knee pockets for knee pads with inside opening. A small velcro closed pocket is placed on the left back leg. Perfect for the mobile telephone. Big back pockets that also makes the back stronger. Full length ventilation zips with 3 sliders so you can choose where to ventilate. The trouser can be connected to the boot, forming a good seal. JACKET Sizes: XS-XXL. Materials: This jacket can be made in any fabric, Polyester/Cotton or Flame retardant. Features: We have different versions of our jacket. You can, more or less get it any way you want it. High or low collar. Zipped front to keep the warmth inside or press button closure for increased ventilation. Zipped or flap breast pockets or no breast pockets to be as comfortable as possible with a plate carrier. Adjustable waist. Longer back than front. Ventilation zips or not. Sleeve pockets with or without bellows, pen compartments, Velcro patch etc. Elbow pad pocket. Lower sleeve zipper or not. Pen compartment on the lower or upper arm. Lower front pockets with zipper closing down to be easy to reach when wearing a plate carrier. Back pocket gives you plenty of storage room in the jacket. Elastic and adjustable lower end. JACKET Details Elbow pockets for elbow pads gives comfort on hard ground. The back is longer than the front. On the left side on the back the back pocket opening is placed. Lower sleeve pocket with easy open zipper. The cuffs are adjusted and closed with Velcro. Breast pockets with zipper are easy to open and close. Breast pockets with zipper are easy to open and close. On top of the pockets name clamp holder can be placed or Velcro stripes for a name tag, Flat upper sleeve pocket with Velcro. patch.
