What our Readers think... Well worth the paper it s printed on, as you gingerly open the cover you feel as if you are invited into a new friendship circle with the warm welcome from Caboodle s directors, Amy and Kayti. If you are a fan of illustration you will love the hand drawn and painterly touches that lead you on a visual narrative throughout each feature. Your wallet on the other hand will not love the shiny items, both old and new to you, that the team highlight for inclusion in your life, house, wardrobe, and walls. Adrienne was squirming as she flicked through and when asked why she said, I WANT EVERYTHING IN HERE - it s like someone made a magazine totally targeting ME! What makes this magazine awesome is the spotlight on independent makers and artists, this is a great magazine for feasting your eyes! Frilly Industries. Say hello to Caboodle Magazine, in my opinion the UK s answer to Frankie! Filled with Yummy fashion layouts, inspirational photography, Pinterest worthy finds and interviews with the young and talented. Liveitloveitmakeit.com It s such a beautifully designed and produced magazine, definitely one for the coffee table. Emma Block The magazine is bright and cheerful. A nice change from the minimalist approach that seems popular for print at the moment. Even the adverts were interesting as I discovered some new independent shops that I had never heard of but will definitely be browsing for some purchases in the near future. beeditandweep.com What I really like about this magazine is that it is fun. You look at it and you smile- so many magazines seem just so serious about their content that it doesn t engage- Caboodle just isn t like that. oldfashionedsusie.com If you re looking for a new magazine to tuck into your book bag, might I suggest Caboodle? Caboodle is a super cute, high-quality mag out of the UK. Inside you ll find fashion, beauty, art, vintage, how-to s, recipes, and Q&A s with various artists. I don t believe it is available digitally at this point, but it s nice to have some good ol paper between your fingers. Twinkie Chan Find us on Instagram @caboodlemagazine #caboodlemagazine This beautiful, chunky magazine is an abundance of fun from start to finish. Jenny Pugh The magazine arrived really quickly, in a lovely pink envelope. I loved the personal thank you card which made me feel a little bit special on an otherwise not so special Wednesday morning. Attainable Aspiration With more ads than features, we have become disenfranchised with shelf-front, corporation owned titles that offer nothing in the way of affordable fashion or relatable topics. We want to embrace something far simpler; a lovely magazine for lovely people. This is why, within the pages of Caboodle you will find beautiful items, uplifting articles and carefully researched profiles, all intended to leave the reader with a positive mindset and a have a go attitude. At Caboodle, everyone is made to feel welcome! Engaging Layouts Monochrome minimalism is great for some titles, but that s not us. We bring features to life with bright, engaging layouts that can make a reader smile, just from casting a cursory glance over them. We want to talk about everything, from the best cream tea in the UK through to serious, worldaffecting issues, but we want to do so with an understanding and inclusive attitude. Our layouts and chosen features are a direct reflection of who we, the team behind the magazine, are and what is important to us. We want our features to speak to our readers and in return, we want our readers to speak to us, because we will always listen. Independant Publishing Caboodle is an independently published title and we are proud to be as such. Our aim is to be an awesome showcase for all the amazing contributors that make the magazine so special. By staying this way, we can promise to never compromise our standards, beliefs or integrity and to remain focused on what is important; the enjoyment of our readers. Joining an amazing community of fellow indie publishers, we hope to inject new life into what has been hailed as a flagging industry and to keep the printed word not just alive, but kicking, in homemade socks.
Our Advertising Ethos We have a lower than average advertising to editorial ratio and believe in working with like-minded brands that are appealing and engaging to our readers, so carefully chosen placement within the magazine will make sure your brand stands out. We also love to feature our advertisers across our social media, sharing new products and offers throughout the year with our growing followers. We also like to run regular competitions and giveaways, through Instagram, resulting in plenty of exposure for everyone involved.
