Ranger Uniform, 2004-2009 A new uniform for Rangers was introduced in 2004. Ranger Uniform, 2009-2012 Changes were made to the Ranger Uniform in 2009, removing many of the options. Ranger Uniform, 2012- Changes were made to all youth uniforms in 2012, making blue the dominant colour and using the branch colours as accents.
