GIFT VOUCHERS/ APPOINTMENTS/ ONLINE BOOKINGS Gift vouchers are non-refundable and a minimum $20 amount required. A reference number must be given at time of booking. As a courtesy to our therapists and other clients, we require at least 24 hrs notice should you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. With less than 24hrs notice for online booking and gift vouchers, a fee may apply. A credit card will be required when booking for a treatment duration of 1.5hrs or more. 30% of the treatment value will be forfeited where less than 24 hrs cancellation notice given, or no show on the day. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Change of mind on services upon arrival at the salon may require the full treatment value to be paid. Due to strict OH&S regulations children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the treatment rooms. Our staff are not qualified to mind children in the reception area. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment start time. If you arrive late for a treatment this may result in your treatment time being cut down. No refunds or exchange on products/treatments. If they are faulty, we will happily exchange within 14 days.
