Winners Announced for AGTA's 2014 Spectrum Awards Competition Dallas, TX - October 21, 2013: Winners have been named in the 2014 AGTA Spectrum Awards competition hosted by the American Gem Trade Association. This year marks the 30 th anniversary of the competition. The competition was judged October 19-20 in New York, NY.
