MY FAVOURITE APP Since March I ve been exercising a lot thanks to the TruBe app that organises for trainers to come to you. I mix it up between Boxing, PT, Ballet Fit and Pilates. It s so easy just choose the training you want, the when & where and the available trainers show up in the app. My favourites are Linvell, Jaered and Damion. It s hassle free and if you commit to 4 sessions in one month, the price drops from 50 to 35 per session plus you can have two people join you for free.
