Departure to Fairground at 5:45 P.M. (EDT) 6:00 P.M. Contestants will appear on stage in swimsuits. 8:30 P.M. Contestants will appear on stage in evening gowns and for presentation of awards....the crowning of Miss Wayne County and Miss Wayne County Fair 2015. Swimsuit Competition Suit will be modeled in shoes, one piece suit only and of a solid color. Evening Gown Competition - Your choice of gown. Tea length acceptable. Judging 30 points in each category of Beauty and Figure. 20 points each category of Dressing/Grooming, Poise and Personality and Charm for possible high of 100 points. Other details: 1. Only one person permitted in dressing room per contestant in addition to the Miss Wayne County Fair Pageant Committee. 3. Contestants will be bussed to fairgrounds. All others will be required to pay admission at the gate due to fair board policies. There are no passes into the fairground. 4. Must be single, never married, never had a marriage annulled and never had any children. 2. A contestant must have reached her 16 th birthday by October 31, and shall not have reached her 22 nd birthday by October 31, of the year when the local contest is held. 3. Contestant will model in swim suit, formal evening gowns or other dress that they will be furnished or instructed to bring. 4. A contestant can only represent one fair and must represent the first fair that she wins first place in during the calendar year. 5. A contestant will be judged on beauty, poise, personality, figure, dressing, grooming, and charm.
