Yes, ZriiNew products are registered and meet all regulations as required in every market in which they are sold. The ZriiNew line only uses ingredients that conform to and meet all required domestic and international testing standards. In addition, we set extremely high standards for our own ingredient selection process, and avoid any ingredients that are currently banned in any of our markets. Is ZriiNew tested on animals? No, we do not test our products on animals. Is ZriiNew safe for all skin types? What about sensitive skin? ZriiNew was formulated for all skin types. The products were created using only ingredients that are listed in the U.S. Cosmetic Ingredient Review Database and the EU Database at the recommended levels; these guidelines help ensure that we are creating safe products. In several clinical and consumer use studies, we also tested the ZriiNew skincare line with a wide variety of skin types, ages, and ethnicities, as well as both men and women. In these studies, no skin sensitization, skin irritation or allergic reactions were observed even after 2 months of use. NOTE: The causes of sensitive skin are complex and may be related to many factors including, but not limited to: skin type, skin condition, hormone levels, ph levels, sensitivity to certain ingredients, and climate. Can I use ZriiNew if I have oily or dry skin? Yes! ZriiNew is designed to be effective for all skin types, including those with oily or dry skin. We have also tested ZriiNew products on a wide variety of skin types. Regardless of your skin, you ll want to adjust the amount of product you use to your personal needs and preferences. Those with oily skin may want to use a little less product, for example, while those with dry skin may want to use more. It just depends on what you like and what works best for your skin.
Is ZriiNew good for acne-prone skin? Although ZriiNew was not specifically created for the treatment of acne blemishes (it contains no anti-acne ingredients such as salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide), in clinical testing the use of ZriiNew products did not lead to breakouts or acne. Does ZriiNew contain parabens? No, absolutely not. ZriiNew products do not contain parabens. We hold ourselves to very strict standards in creating our products. No. Some ZriiNew products are unscented (SPF Day Cream), while others are fragranced using all-natural essential oils (Serum, Night Cream, Facial Exfoliator) which are less likely to cause irritation than synthetic fragrances. Yes, ZriiNew Day Cream SPF 30 provides full broad spectrum protection from the sun s harmful rays. What does Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 30 mean? How much protection am I getting compared to other sun screens? Broad Spectrum is a term that refers to a sunscreen s ability to protect the skin from both UVA and UVB rays from the sun. Current U.S. FDA regulations state that in order for any SPF-rated product to make a broad spectrum claim**, it must pass what s known as a critical wavelength test and go through required testing to confirm its SPF rating is 15 or greater. Any SPF-rated product below SPF 15 can only make a broad spectrum claim that applies to sunburn prevention, not skin aging (wrinkles, brown spots). Products that pass the broad spectrum test will provide protection against both ultraviolet B radiation (UVB) and ultraviolet A radiation (UVA). Sunburn is primarily caused by UVB. Both UVB and UVA can cause sunburn, skin cancer, and premature skin aging. A certain percentage of a broad spectrum product s total protection is against UVA. Physical sunscreens contain active mineral ingredients, such as titanium dioxide or zinc oxide, which work by sitting on top of the skin to deflect and scatter damaging UV rays away from the skin.
