It is these heat and water treatments that will make your experience here at Spa Haven so unique. They are ideal as stand alone treatments or can be combined with any of our Elemis therapies to increase the overall effect. THE BATHING CEREMONY The therapeutic effects of bathing have been recognised for centuries. Drift into a state of relaxation in our hydrotherapy pool where the hot water will massage aching muscles relieving tension and promoting well being. Simply choose the bath you feel would most benefit your needs. Detox Ocean Bath An energising blend of seawater, Juniper, Lemon and Sea Fennel. Exotic Enriching Milk Bath You will emerge drenched with moisture, feeling sensuous, and smelling wonderfully aromatic. Pure bliss for dry skin! Warming Musclease Bath A warming blend of pine and Rosemary, help ease the pain of Rheumatism, arthritis and fatigue RASUL MUD CHAMBER This unique experience is ideal for sharing with a partner or friend. It begins with a Lime and Ginger body exfoliation to prepare the skin for the treatment ahead. You will then apply an all over body mud before sitting into the private chamber where the soothing warm temperature activates the ingredients, eliminating toxins. The chamber will then fill with herb infused vapours to gently soften the muds, and finally a tropical shower washes the ingredients away. When you emerge your therapist will take you to one of our peaceful treatment rooms where your skin will be further conditioned by the soothing application of Elemis Vitamin Rich Body Lotion.

THE HAMAM The word Hamam refers to ancient eastern centres of healing and tranquillity. Its philosophy integrates stress relief, health and wellbeing in a soothing Spa atmosphere. The heart of the Hamam is the Hot Stone table heated as if exposed to the sun. Enjoy one of our specially selected Hamam treatments below or alternatively you can request any of our therapies to be performed on the Hamam to increase the overall effect. HAMAM BODY CLEANSING RITUAL 45mins After the Welcome Touch your therapist will body brush the skin to increase circulation. You will then receive a full body exfoliation to soften the skin preparing it for a boost of moisture with Elemis Milk Bath. You will also receive a facial cleanse, exfoliation and moisture boost. HAMAM BODY MASSAGE Relax on the beautiful heated table while you receive a full body deep tissue massage performed using heated aromatherapy oils. Combine both of the above for the ultimate in Face and Body care Elemis Fennell Cleansing Cellulite & Colon Therapy 45mins This treatment works at the deepest level to flush and cleanse the body. A detoxifying peel off fennel and birch mask is combined with specialist drainage massage techniques on the hips and thighs to help smooth the appearance of cellulite boost blood circulation and reduce fluid retention. It leaves your skin firmer and smoother to touch. In addition, cleansing of the colon through abdominal massage and reflexology continues the purification of the body.

Terms & Conditions: Each elemis treatment time includes a detailed consultation to make sure we cater for your specific needs and time at the end of the treatment for your therapist to advise you on appropriate aftercare. SPA ETIQUETTE We would advise that you arrive at least prior to your first treatment so that you can fully benefit from the Spa experience and make use of the complementary services on offer. You will be provided with a locker, slippers and robe. Remember to bring dry undergarments to change into after body treatments. Please leave your mobile phone switched off for the duration of your time at the Spa. CANCELLATION Due to limited availability bookings must be secured by credit card. This is simply to confirm your appointment and no moneys will be debited from your account until you have had your treatments. However cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking will incur a 50% fee. No shows will incur a 100% charge.
