Section 3 Hazards Identification Material Safety Data Sheet Routes of Entry: Inhalation-yes Skin-yes Ingestion-yes The health hazards listed below are for components to this mixture. The active ingredients are diluted in mineral oil in this mixture and the severity of the listed health hazards for this product may be reduced. This product is designed to be diluted significantly with water before product use. The severity of these health hazards maybe reduced further at usage concentrations. (Acute and Chronic Overexposure) Eyes Skin Inhalation Ingestion Moderate irritation, Redness, Stinging, Tearing.Component may cause eye tissue injury and result in permanent damage. Burning sensation. Burns. Irritation. Redness. Prolonged and repeated contact can defat the skin, which may result in dryness, dermatitis, and cracking of the skin. Heated vapors may cause irritation. Burns to mouth, throat, and digestive tract. Component is considered moderately toxic by ingestion. Gastrointestinal irritation. Large amounts may have CNS effects. Nausea. Stomach discomfort. Pulmonary aspiration hazard if swallowed and vomiting occurs. Signs and Symptoms of Exposure - As Noted Above. Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated by Overexposure to this material (or its components) has been suggested as a cause of the following effects in laboratory animals, and may aggravate pre-existing disorders of these organs in humans: kidney damage, liver damage. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. If breathing is stopped, begin artificial respiration. Get medical attention. Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. If product is injected into or under the skin, or into any part of the body, regardless of the appearance of the wound or its size, the individual should be evaluated immediately by a physician as a surgical emergency. Even though initial symptoms from high pressure injection may be minimal or absent, early surgical treatment within the first few hours may significantly reduce the ultimate extent of the injury. Flush with water for at least 15 minutes or until irritation subsides, get medical attention. DO NOT induce vomiting; get medical attention immediately. 2

Water can be used to cool and protect exposed material. Special Fire Fighting Procedures: Cool fire exposed containers with water. Product is water based and will not burn until water has evaporated. Section 6 Accidental Release Measures Steps to be taken in Case Material is Released or Spilled: Dike area, Recover free product, and add a dry absorbent material to spill area. Section 7 Handling and Storage Precautions to be taken in Handling and Storing: Keep containers tightly closed. Use and store this product with adequate ventilation. Avoid inhalation of vapors and personal contact with the product. To dissipate static electricity during transfer, ground and/or bond both containers. Since emptied containers retain product residue, follow warnings even after container is emptied. Residue or vapors may explode on ignition; do not cut, drill, grind or weld on or near container even when empty.
