Uniform Shop Returns Policy Only brand new items may be returned within three months of purchase date and acceptance of returns is at the sole discretion of the Uniform Shop staff. Your receipt is required. No refunds will be provided for items that are marked discontinued, where possible a replacement similar stocked item will be provided. The value, based on purchase price, on returned items will be: Items, unopened, in wrapper with tags attached 100% Items, opened, in wrapper with tags attached 90% All items not in wrappers but tags still attached 90% All items without tags 80% Socks and stockings/tights MAY NOT be returned in any circumstances Items accepted for return may be swapped for other items, or a refund given. Where possible, refunds will be issued immediately via Credit Card or EFTPOS but if not possible, refunds will be processed for payment within seven days. Special orders can be placed for sizes not listed above/stocked. Please note that the College requires payment in full is before placing the order your behalf. The College does not accept or refund returns for special orders. All prices are subject to change without notice.
