2 We have invested extensively in 4 alternative sole moulding processes from Desma Germany. We can offer single density vulcanised rubber (DV) and double density polyurethane (PU) with option of a rubber or thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) wear layer all direct injected to the footwear.

FOSTER SYSTEMS FLB (Foster Leather Block) The system Developed by Foster, the method of determining the highest quality skin of leather, With this system Leather checked for abrasion of the skin, tear, tensile, water and air permeability. Foster uses full natural leather, which is, water, oil and chemical resistant and complies with EN20344 standards. FWS (FostWrap System) Special method for shaping moulds to patented uppers and ensures that the feet completely fit to shoe and gives comfortable to wearers. FAS (FostAir System) A special method of manufacturing design, comfort and special components for optimizing the shoe to give air and venting system, to be very light and allows more air to give away. FTS (FosTorsion System) Foster-developed balancing, bending and flexibility of the foot s natural bend points, which aims to provide comfortable and secure technology. Foot contact to the ground with a three main points. The main point of the system developed considering for the protection of the health of the foot. FDSS (FostDuo Special System) The base design was developed with cutting-edge technology. High-tech features, light weight, attractive design, low side profile. For long life and stabilization PU/TPU, PU/PU, PU/RUBBER soles injection is used. FBWS (FostWalk System) To reduce the floor to the foot at each step to receive blow, shock-absorbing material is developed by using different technology. FBS (FostBed System) Foster improved in accordance with the anatomy of the foot bed, reduce heel strike, provides compatibility with natural movements of the foot while walking, it reduce muscle fatigue and gives comfort and performance to the wearer. Sympa-Tex Technology Foster Group, is licensed shoe manufacturer of Sympa-Tex products. this is achieved by choosing high quality materials which are continuously tested and by using patented production techniques. waterproofness and breathability are ensured by this application. 3
