However, Wayne s range of premium Polyurethane (PU) gumboots are fast becoming a contender within the market place - and with good reason. Their range of PU gumboots can last up to times longer than PVC boots, they are lighter in weight, thereby enhancing the comfort to the wearer. Whilst the benefits of PVC gumboots are clear in many cases, PU gumboots do provide greater resistance to the harsher acids, oils and chemicals that are present in some industrial environments.
