1.) Black Coffee Hair Rinse 2 cups of cool, refrigerated brewed coffee Clean, shampooed and conditioned hair 1.) Pour the coffee over your hair and scalp. 2.) Let it sit for approximately 5-10 minutes so that it can seep into your hair. 3.) Rinse hair thoroughly. 4.) Dry and style as desired.

4.) Avocado Deep Conditioner 1 avocado 2 tablespoons of EVOO (Extra-virgin olive oil) 1.) Blend ingredients together to a thick consistency. 2.) Apply to your hair and put on a plastic cap. 3.) Leave on for an hour.
5.) Egg and Avocado Conditioner 1 avocado (peeled) 1 egg yolk 1 tablespoon jojoba oil 1.) Make sure your hair has been thoroughly shampooed. 2.) Combine all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. 3.) Massage mixture into scalp and hair. 4.) Leave in for 20 minutes. 5.) Rinse out with warm water and style as. (Make sure the water isn t too hot or the egg yolk will cook and leave pieces of yolk in your hair)
6.) Honey Apple Hair Mask 1/2 cup of plain yogurt (Preferably natural probiotic yogurt) 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon honey 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. 2. Apply the mixture to the scalp, working from the roots to the ends of the hair. 3. Let it sit in the hair for 15 20 minutes 4. Rinse out with warm water.
7.) Coconut Strawberry Hair Mask 1 cup of fresh strawberries 2 tablespoons of coconut oil 1 tablespoon honey 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and liquefy for 30 seconds or until pureed. 2. Apply the mixture evenly throughout damp hair. 3. Let it sit in the hair for 15 20 minutes 4. Rinse out with warm water.
8.) Peppermint Pre- Poo oil Treatment 2 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil 2 teaspoons of peppermint oil 1.) Mix the two ingredients together in a small bowl 2.) Moisten your fingers with the mixture and massage into your scalp. 3.) Apply more oil to the hair through to the end of your strands.
9.) Pre- Poo: Moisturizing Oil Treatment 1/3 cup coconut, olive or castor oil 1 tablespoon Grapeseed oil 3-5 drops Rose Hips oil 1.) Blend all of the ingredients together. 2.) Apply the oil to your hair at room temperature or warm it in the microwave for a couple of seconds prior to applying it to your hair. 3.) Cover hair with a plastic cap and let sit for at least an hour before shampooing your hair.
10.) Curl Moisturizing Aloe Spritz 1/2 cup Distilled water 2 tablespoons Aloe vera gel or juice 2 drops of peppermint or tea tree oil 1. Mix the above ingredients with distilled water then add them to a spray bottle. 2. Shake the bottle to mix the ingredients. 3. Saturate hair with spritz 4. Use as a daily curl refresher
11.) Daily Aloe Leave- in Hair Moisturizer 1 cup distilled water ¼ cup vegetable glycerin ¼ cup aloe vera gel or juice 2 tablespoons peppermint oil 1 tablespoon lemongrass oil 1. Mix the above ingredients with distilled water then add them to a spray bottle. 2. Shake the bottle to mix the ingredients. 3. Saturate hair with spritz 4. Use as a daily curl refresher
12.) Rosewater & Glycerin Hair Spritz 1 cup distilled or filtered water 2 tablespoon vegetable glycerin 1 tablespoon rose hip seed essential oil 1/4 cup fresh rose petals or 1 tablespoon dried rose petals 1. Boil the cup of water and add the rose petals. 2. Let this steep overnight. 3. Strain out the rose petals and add the glycerin and rose essential oil to the rose water. 4. Combine these ingredients in a spray bottle and shake well. 5. Refrigerate for up to 5 days. 6. You can substitute otherr herbs like chamomile teabags, dried or fresh leaf rosemary, lavender buds, other essential oils or evening primrose oil.
13.) Hair Moisture Mist 2 tablespoons aloe vera juice 1 teaspoon vegetable glycerin 1 tablespoon apricot oil 2 teaspoons vitamin E oil 2 teaspoons sesame oil ¼ cup of distilled water 1. Mix the above ingredients with distilled water then add them to your spray bottle. 2. Shake the bottle to mix the ingredients and spray liberally throughout the hair. 3. Style hair as desired. 4. Refrigerate the rest for reuse for up to 5 days. 5. Use as a daily curl refresher
14.) Aloe & Lavender Spray 1 tablespoon aloe vera juice 1 tablespoon coconut, almond, apricot or olive oil 1 tablespoon vitamin E oil 1 teaspoon lavender essential oil ¼ cup of distilled water 1. Mix the above ingredients with distilled water then add them to your spray bottle. 2. Shake the bottle to mix the ingredients and spray liberally throughout the hair. 3. Style hair as desired. 4. 15.) Maple syrup for dry hair 1/3 cup pure maple syrup 1/3 cup lard 2 tablespoons Honey 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Microwave for 15 seconds or until mixture is melted. 3. Stir mixture until well blended. 4. Let cool enough to touch. 5. Apply mixture to hair, combing through to ends using a wide-toothed comb. 6. Cover hair with shower cap 7.
