SPA ETIQUETTE Cancellation Policy A 100% charge will be incurred for treatments not cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time. Arrival Time We request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so you can complete a spa consultation form and prepare for your treatment. Please note that times stated are for actual treatment. Regretfully, late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time, so other guests are not inconvenienced. The spa will provide a robe, towels and amenities for the duration of your visit.
