You will be charged the full amount of your service if you cancel within twentyfour hours of your scheduled time. Punctuality Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your treatment will start promptly at its designated time. If you arrive late for your service, your treatment will be modified. All treatments end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced. Upon Arriving Feel free to arrive in whatever is comfortable. We will provide you with a robe and sandals for your treatments.
