Good to Know Making your Reservation If you would like to add further treatments to your day package, we recommend you do this at the same time you are making your reservation. Our therapists get booked up really quickly and we cannot always guarantee treatment availability. (Please note the minimum age for guests is 16.) Lunch is served between 12 noon to 2.30pm and is pre-booked for you. If you wish to take lunch at a particular time you are more than welcome to request this in advance. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. If you have any food allergies please contact us prior to your arrival and we will be happy to discuss this with you. Make it Extra Special Breakfast is available to purchase, choose a full English, continental or lighter bites served in our beautiful dining rooms. Tips to Help You Make The Most of Your Day We advise that you arrive at the time allocated to you by our Reservations Team on booking. Bathrobe and towels are provided and we politely ask that these are returned to reception or our changing room attendants before departure. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hair dryers are available in our changing areas. We suggest that you bring swimwear and a pair of flip flops or slippers to walk around the building. If joining a class or using the gym, suitable clothing and footwear (trainers) will be required. Complimentary newspapers are available in our conservatory and magazines can be purchased from our shop. We recommend that you rest between activities and drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep yourself hydrated. Spa Etiquette We want nothing more than for everyone to have a great experience at Eden Hall. You have told us that our spa is a place to escape to. Therefore we kindly ask that the tranquil environment we provide and the relaxation of other guests is respected. We operate a no mobile phone policy. If you need to make a call, please do so at our main reception. Due to feedback from previous guests, our team members will approach people using their phones in the spa. Please note that unfortunately fancy dress, accessories and decorations are not permitted within the building. Where rooms have quiet signs, please keep noise to an absolute minimum. Please do not reserve loungers, there are plenty of storage areas for robes, towels and belongings while you are using the heated rooms, pool and hot tubs. Please be aware that Duty Managers are available throughout the day and are happy to assist with any questions or queries you may have during your visit. Medical Conditions Certain medical conditions may prevent the use of some facilities and treatments. If you have any of the following, please notify our Reservations Team before visiting the spa as they may advise you to seek medical advice and guidance prior to arrival. - Cancer - Heart condition - High/low blood pressure - Diabetes - Epilepsy. Gift Cards The small gift with huge appeal. Gift cards are available for all of the Eden Hall day experiences and come in 10, 25 and 50 denominations. If a gift card was intended to be used towards a spa experience the purchase value will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for early departure from the spa. Cancelling spa experiences Spa days as advertised in our brochure cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival incur a 20 per person administration fee. Those cancelled between 14 days to arrival and 7 days prior will incur a 50% charge of the total booking. Cancellations made within 7 days of the date of arrival will be charged in full.
