Expertise and knowledge in reconditioning for cleanroom garments Our cleanroom laundry was developed together with scientific institutes almost 20 years ago. We are able to wash different fabric qualities with our special decontamination technique. The garments are checked for residual particle contamination by ASTM (modified) or Helmke-rum. A maximum level of disinfection is guaranteed by our process, as the skin compatibility too. Regular hygienic scans and bacteriological testings of the garments by independent institutes guarantee a good washing result. Of course, our employees are constantly trained. In addition to our cleanroom laundry, we are able to sterilize the cleanroom garments after the decontamination. This process step is necessary to enable the use of cleanroom garments especially in pharmaceutical industries or pharmacies. Autoclave sterilization of the garments offers the best efficiency and is that method to be prefered by the European Pharmacopeia. The processes are developed and validated in cooperation with a well-known pharmaceutical company. A daily review of our quality performance and the batch recording go without saying. Resistance measurement according to IN EN ISO 61340 We offer an ES-resistance measurement of the cleanroom garments for our customers in microelectronic and other sensible productions. So we re able to quickly and easily check if the electrical conductivity is according to the required value, even after washing and working many cycles. Auto-I and tracking system Whenever your garments reach our laundry, we check them visually and record electronically that the goods have been received. Automatic segregating Based on your requirements and your demand, we can define a maximum number of treatments and segregate the garments automatically after reaching this number.
