INJECTING EFFICIENCY FROM SET-UP TO CLEAN-UP. I-OPS Instrument Delivery System. A new best practice for your practice. Tradition and Innovation Since 1898, visionary thinking and a fascination with technology have guided us to develop innovative products of outstanding reliability: anticipating trends to improve the quality of life.

Everything you need. Where you need it. When you want it. Secured by an adjustable arm that mounts onto most instrument stands, the I-OPS durable, modular tray system has space for up to nine interchangeable inserts and holders that present the items you need for easy one-handed removal. 1. Tray 2. Dual syringe holder 3. Locking dropper-bottle holder 4. Gel-pack holder 5. Twist-top bottle holder 6. Deep Cup 7. Shallow Cup 8. Tissue Box Holder 9. Sharps Container IN-OFFICE PROCEDURE SYSTEM Innovation within easy reach I-OPS simplifies and streamlines the injection process for faster, more efficient and safer care. 2 5 6 I-OPS is a uniquely engineered tray system that optimizes workflow for intravitreal injections and other minor in-office procedures. Developed in collaboration with Dr. Christopher Riemann of the Cincinnati Eye Institute, I-OPS turns an inefficient two-person process into a smooth single-person, single-handed procedure by reducing wasted movements. You ll save time. You ll see more patients. You ll generate more revenue. 1 8 I-OPS is ideally designed for: - Intravitreal Injections - Botox Injections - Corneal Paracentesis - Pneumatic Retinopexy - Subconjunctival and Subtenon s Injections 9 - Filler Injections - Vitreous Tap and Injection - Sculptra Injections - Cyst and Lid Lesion Removal 7 4 3 01 02

THE I-OPS DIFFERENCE A streamlined injection process The I-OPS Workflow With I-OPS, physicians can stay focused on the patient at all times, and use one hand as a gentle lid speculum to hold the eye open. Everything else needed to perform the injection can be done with the other hand, because the I-OPS tray securely presents you what you need at arm s reach. Organize and set up your procedures beforehand with a standardized process to reduce the risk of errors and save time. Perform procedures with one hand, without an assistant, for faster, more efficient procedures and greater patient throughput. Keep your attention (and a hand) on the patient to increase their comfort and the safety of the procedure. Closer reach to the sharps container reduces the risk of accidental needle sticks to guard provider s safety. Traditional injection procedures take 3-5 minutes, including a series of wasted movements, inconvenient reach to supplies and three hands required to perform injections. Procedures with the I-OPS Workflow take 2-3 minutes, with more efficient movements, easy reach to supplies, and only one hand is required to perform an injection. Free up staff time to help with documentation or other productive tasks that increase patient throughput and improve the accuracy of records. Easy to clean with standard cleaning agents such as Cavicide and Precise, plus all components are autoclavable for complete sterilization. What s your time worth? If you could reclaim time from every injection procedure with I-OPS, how would that impact your practice? Imagine seeing more patients. Imagine delivering faster, more efficient care. Imagine a boost in patient satisfaction scores. What could that extra time mean to you? With Reliance s In-Office Procedure System, I come into the exam room and everything is set to go. I double check what I m doing, who I m doing it on and then I can immediately reach over and begin performing the injection procedure and I can do it one-handed. I-OPS takes what used to be a three-handed procedure and turns it into a single-person, single-handed procedure. - Dr. Christopher Riemann, Cincinnati Eye Institute 03 04
