RETURNS POLICY Caring Clothing is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied by Caring Clothing please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, the return shipping fees will be at your cost. However, if the item you have received is faulty, or different to what was described please call 1300 365 504 and we will cover the return shipping costs. How to return: You can return within 30 days of receipt of order. The items must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. They must not be washed or have name labels attached. Please include your completed return form which can be located on our website or by emailing info@ caringclothing.com.au for a copy. You should allow 15 working days for your return to be dispatched. Note: Unfortunately, your postage charges on the original order are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. Please contact us for more information. All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference. Exchanges If you are exchanging an item for another colour or size because you have changed your mind please send the items to PO BOX 7001, Glen Iris, VIC, 3146 in their original condition and packaging along with our returns form. Refunds Returns are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid, unless a balance exists on your customer number.
