GENERAL SPA INFORMATION Please make your Spa reservations in advance by contacting us on 84 16 (Spa) or 84 27 (Activities Desk). We recommend that all your jewellery and valuables be placed in your safety in room deposit box. For you to be at ease we would ask you to undress for your treatment. However feel free to wear a swim wear should you wish. A bathrobe and pareo will be made available to you at the Spa Time of arrival We would ask you to arrive at least ten minutes prior to your appointment time. Late attendance will lead to a reduction in time spent in care and regrettably without reimbursement. Cancellation policy In the event of a cancellation, please advise us 24 hours prior to appointment time in order to avoid the 50% cancellation fee. All missed appointments will be charged at the full rate. Pregnancy We will refrain from vigorous massaging and body massages for women less than three months pregnant. Please inform your hostess of your pregnancy in order to be well advised. Spa Open from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Hours of operation may be altered at the discretion of the management.
