The Lensbury Spa Information A minimum spend 55* (per person) will entitle non-members to an Adult Social Guest Pass to access the Food and Beverage facilities of the club (must be over 16). A minimum spend of 70* (per person) will entitle non-members to an Adult Activity Pass to access the leisure facilities of the club (must be over 16). We do not offer treatments to clients under the age of 16 or under with the exception, Tinting and The Teenage Skin Facial Therapy. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment start time. Gift vouchers are available for purchase, valid for 12 months from date of purchase. If you wish to cancel your appointment please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice, or a full fee will be payable. All treatments are available as a course purchase you will pay for five treatments and receive the 6th one free of charge. Discounts do not apply to course items. Courses are usable only by the person who bought the course and are not exchangeable. All course purchases are valid for ten months.
