Important Spa Information ADVANCE APPOINTMENTS To ensure your preferred treatments and times, we strongly recommend scheduling your spa services well in advance of your visit. A credit card is required at the time of booking services. Please notify our Spa Concierge before booking treatments if you are pregnant or have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, recent surgeries or disabilities. CHECK-IN Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for proper check-in and changing into a robe and slippers. Allow additional time if you would like to enjoy the spa amenities prior to your treatment. If you arrive late, we will be unable to extend your treatment time and you will miss the benefits of a full treatment. Full or partial refunds will not be given to guests who arrive less than 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. CUSTOMER REQUESTS You may request a specific gender Massage Therapist when booking an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee availability. ELECTRONIC DEVICES The Spa is a device-free zone. To ensure the peace and privacy of all our guests, we do not allow any electronic devices in any areas of the spa, including the Spa Café. E-devices include cell phones, tablets and e-readers. GRATUITY For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is added to all spa and salon services, including spa packages. Any additional gratuities are at your discretion. MINOR POLICY Hair and nail services are available to all ages. No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the spa, except the boutique and salons. Guests ages 16 to 17 must have an adult present during treatment and have access to amenities (solarium, locker room, whirlpool, Spa Café, etc.). SPA ATTIRE For your comfort, a locker, robe and slippers are provided. You may disrobe to your comfort level. Proper draping techniques are always used to protect your privacy and comfort. You may choose to bring a bathing suit for use in the whirlpool. CANCELLATION POLICY If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged in full. If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost, in addition to the full price of your rescheduled treatment.
