Isolation Gown Protection Levels Protection and Recommended Levels of Use Protection is the most important feature to consider in making choices regarding the appropriate isolation gown for your needs. Warranty SELLER warrants its branded Products to the original BUYER to be free from defects in workmanship and materials when used for the purpose intended by qualified personnel. The warranty shall extend six months from date of delivery. Notice of any such claimed defect must be given in writing to SELLER no later than 30 days after BUYER has reason to believe that a defect exists. SELLER shall have the right to inspect the claimed defective Products at such time and place as it reasonably requests. Products shall be returned to SELLER only upon written authorization and at the cost that BUYER paid when ordering. Return Freight will be paid by BUYER. THIS WARRANTY IS GRANTED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY ON SELLER S PART.
