Order Requirements: We have no minimum order requirements to get our low wholesale prices. Our products can be used for any purpose not just fundraising (resell in stores, giveaways, prizes etc.) Custom Orders: Any of our products can be customized with your logo or message. Please refer to our website home page and click on the custom products banner for order requirements. Estimating Delivery Time: Orders are shipped out the same day as long as the order is placed by 3:00 pm EST. If it is after 3:00 pm EST your order will ship the next business day. If you need your order to go out right away, please call our customer service department and we will make every effort to get your order out. We are based in Tampa, FL. If you go to www.fedex.com or www.usps.com and put in our zip code: 33634 and your zip code you will see how long it will take for your order to arrive. Sometimes you do not need to choose overnight or second day for your order to arrive by the time you need it. Returns and Exchanges: Any item in its original condition with a packing slip may be returned for a full refund of the product s cost, less shipping costs within 20 days of purchase as long as all items are contained in the original pack (example: you order one pack of 18 bracelets all 18 bracelets must be in the pack to be returned) and in its original packing (each bracelet must be in its original poly bag and sealed). There will be a 10% restocking fee on any return that is $250 or more. We do not accept jewelry returns if the jewelry has tarnished. All of our jewelry is sterling silver plated and does not contain any lead or nickel. Tarnishing is a natural occurrence that will occur within 3-6 months and any silver polish will polish the silver to new. Please allow 5-7 days after the items are received in the warehouse, for the credit to appear on your credit card. For your protection, we suggest using a shipping service that provides tracking information, delivery confirmation or signature-required delivery. For breakable and high value returns, you should insure the package for the value of the item(s) enclosed. International Orders: All orders outside the US will be required to pay duties and taxes when your merchandise is delivered. Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders from schools, universities, hospitals, and organizations.
