Baby Bottom Soak for sore bums Ingredients: 2 Cups Corn Starch 15 Drops Lavender or Gentle Baby EO 1 Cup Baking Soda ¼ Cup Oatmeal pulverized Directions: Mix together all ingredients with wire whisk until well blended. Pour into storage container. Use ¼ cup per baby tub soak. Apply Massage oil after soak: 1 tsp carrier oil with 2 drops Lavender or Gentle Baby
Head Lice Prevention Spray Ingredients: 10 drops Lavender EO.5 oz vodka or which hazel 10 drops Rosemary EO 1.5 oz water Directions: Combine ingredients in spray bottle and apply to damp or dry hair daily
Vaporizing Chest Rub Ingredients: ½ cup Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 10 drops Wintergreen EO 2 tablespoons liquid carrier oil 10 drops Eucalyptus EO 10 drops peppermint EO Directions: Heat coconut oil until melted. Cool, combine the rest of the ingredients. Transfer salve to glass jar. May keep refrigerated, especially during summer months.
Homemade Baby Wipes Ingredients: 1 ½ cups water 10 drops essential oil 1 tablespoon YL bath gel base (Suggested: Geranium, Gentle Baby, Lavender) Directions: Cut a roll of Brawny brand paper towels in half. Combine above ingredients and store a #9 round Rubbermaid container with ½ roll.
