Facial A Facial is a procedure involving a variety of skin treatments including; steam, exfoliation, extraction creams, lotions, facial masks peels and massage. Dermalogical Facial This is a facial which uses dermalogica products. Specific issues are identified after Face Mapping. The products address these concerns and are used to reduce these problems. The facial usually lasts 1½ hrs. 4
Microzone Treatment A microzone treatment is a quick, targeted solution to an immediate skin care concern such as bothersome breakout, tired eyes or dull, lackluster skin. The treatment usually lasts 20 minutes. Enzamatic Treatment Enzymes are a necessity of life and for every cell process in the body. They are considered a catalyst meaning that they cause things- chemical reactions- to happen. Enzymes digest protein. In a facial treatment, the action of the enzyme dissolves different forms of cellular debris and build-up leaving the skin soft, clearer and more receptive to any subsequent correction product. 5 6
Micro Facial A microderm is the removal of dead skin. As we age, our natural ability to exfoliate our skin slows down. Regular microdermabrasions allow us to get rid of dead skin allowing the reduction of wrinkles and discolouration. A microfacial is a microdermabrasion followed by a masque to suit your skin s needs. The skin is able to absorb products much better once the dead skin has been removed. 8
Enzamatic Micro-Facial This is a combination facial treatment that uses enzymes with the microdermabrasion. This treatment allows a deeper cleaning of the face. Great for acne, sun damaged and ageing skin. Micro-Vytal This treatment combines a microdermabrasion with a vytal cell boost. The microderm allows greater penetration of vitamins from the vytal cell boost. Meso Vytal Cell Boost Particle sizes larger than 200mm cannot penetrate the epidermis (top layer of skin).
