Etiquette, terms and conditions
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment to familiarise yourself with your surroundings and enjoy our leisure club prior to being collected by your therapist. We ask that all mobile phones are turned off within the leisure club to ensure tranquility Treatment bookings can be made directly in person or by calling 0208 768 3107. At time of booking please mention any medical conditions or allergies to ensure that treatments are suitable. We accept no responsibility for providing alternative treatments if correct information has not been given at the time of booking. The leisure club has the right to decline or offer alternative treatments if contra indications occur. If you suffer from high blood pressure, have recently been unwell or believe you may be pregnant you should not use the sauna, steam room or Jacuzzi. We recommend you change into a robe and slippers for ultimate relaxation. Please wear dry swimwear or undergarments underneath your robe. Robes can be collected from the leisure club reception. Robe, towels and slippers will be provided for day package guests. A request of credit card details or gift voucher will be required to secure your booking. Please ensure all charges are settled before leaving the leisure club. If paying by gift voucher, the voucher must be presented on the day as your payment method prior to treatment. As a courtesy we ask that you provide 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment. Please be advised that full cancellation charges will apply for any cancellations at 24 hours notice & no show. Failure to arrive on time will result in treatment time being shortened and no discount will be offered. Please keep valuables safe, the management cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought onto the premises. Smoking is prohibited in the leisure club. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times on poolside. Children are unable to use the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Children are not to use the pool before 0900 hours, between 1100-1300 and after 1800 daily. Trained staff are on duty within the leisure club; however we do not have any designated lifeguards watching the poolside area as it is an unattended pool.
