Formulation processes 1 Preparation of the oily phase Mix oils and Oils + + Preparation of the gel phase dd the polymer into water Mix until obtaining a homogeneous and smooth gel Water + polymer ( or SEPINOV EMT 10) 2 dd the oily phase onto the gel phase Oily phase queous gel 3 Emulsification For the 3 options: It takes the same amount of time to form the GELTRP emulsion. The stability over time is the same. Option 1: process with only LOW shear Emulsification with planetary mixing You can choose your recipe in function of your needs and equipment.
