Natural Sterilisation Lessonia achieves a new technological stage by proposing a service with integrated natural sterilisation of the exfoliating ingredients and powder for processing in cosmetics. Based on a heat treatment this system is compatible with all certifications of reference required in ecological and biological cosmetics (ECOCERT, BDIH, Soil Association, NOP, USDA, Natrue, COSMOS etc.) This represents a solution for the manufacturer who wants to avoid the forebidden gamma ray treatment. Technologie : unique expert knowledge With a suitable combination of temperature, pressure, steam and exposition of the products, sterile ingredients are achieved. During the sterilisation, the technical properties and organic quality attributes of the ingredients remain protected.
