Approximate duration is one hour. 8.00 Deluxe Manicure or Pedicure This is a fantastic treatment especially designed to treat dry and damaged skin and nails. A range of specialised products will be incorporated into your treatment. These could include scrubs and exfoliators, masks, paraffin wax or warm oil treatments. Approximate duration is 75 minutes. 11.50 Spa Prescriptive Manicure or Pedicure Gel Overlay A gel overlay is a fantastic service that offers a long lasting finish. It goes on like polish, wears like gel and removes in minutes. As well as a gel overlay the treatment includes filing and cuticle work. 15.00 Nail Extensions Nail extensions are a great way to create length and shape to your nails. We offer a wide range of finishes including French or colour, or for a special look why not add some Nail Art? Full Set of Nail Extensions 15.00 In-fill Extensions 10.00 Soak Off Removal of Extensions 10.00 You will enjoy an hour of tailored treatments Nail Art which could include callous removal, hot paraffin wax, invigorating scrubs or specific masks. BEAUTY TANNING ELECTROTHERAPY Spray Tan Looking for a tan without the harmful effects of the sun? This professionally applied spray tan from Sienna X will leave you with a golden colour that lasts for up to 10 days. Clients are advised to exfoliate the day before and not apply any moisturiser on the day of the tan. 15.00 Manual Tan Body Electrical Treatments A combination of electrotherapy body treatments designed to improve muscle tone and cellulite and aid the removal of waste toxins and fluid retention. Clients may be offered healthy eating plans and a remedial exercise routine if required. Approximate duration is two hours for each treatment. 7.00 Our Sienna X manual tan gives you a full body golden colour, which lasts for up to seven days. This treatment includes a full body exfoliation followed by a full tan application. 20.00 For all tans, please remember to wear loose dark clothing and footwear. Hair removal should be performed 24 hours before a tan and you should attend a patch test 48 hours before your appointment. 13 14
HOLISTIC MASSAGES Body Massage Relax whilst all your aches and pains are massaged away. Approximate duration is one hour. 11.00 15.00 Aromatherapy Massage After a full consultation to establish a professional treatment plan, selected essential oils will be individually blended to treat your therapeutic needs. The advanced massage techniques are designed to reduce mental and physical stress. Approximate duration is one hour for each treatment. 15.00 Indian Head Massage Eastern style massage techniques are used to release stress in the muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. Approximate duration is 30 minutes. 8.50 Reflexology A relaxing treatment using pressure point massage on the feet, helping to restore vitality throughout the whole body. Approximate duration is one hour for each treatment. 10.00 Stone Therapy Massage Warm, healing Basalt stones are used to penetrate deep into the tissues to relieve muscle tension. One stroke with a stone is equivalent to 5-10 strokes done by hand. Pressure of the massage is always dictated by client preference. The inclusion of silica ensures a firm effect whilst hydrating the skin too. It is designed to spot treat specific areas of the body requiring specific attention.
