Your Place Hangleton HANGLETON COMMUNITY CENTRE HARMSWORTH CRESCENT, HOVE BN3 8BW We are proud at the Hangleton and Knoll Project to be a part of bringing the arts to our community, and enabling community members to be at the heart of shaping the programme. We have worked hard to make it as exciting as possible, and to make sure there is something for everyone. If you think the arts are not for you, just give it a go! The entire programme is free, and all of it local to you. Joanna Martindale, Chief Executive Hangleton and Knoll Project Brighton People s Theatre has had a blast working with people from Hangleton and Brighton Festival to get things ready for this year s Your Place. We believe that the arts are for everyone, whether you want to paint, dance, sing, write, play, or just sit back and enjoy what is on offer. We hope that everyone will find something memorable to do this weekend. Naomi Alexander, Artistic Director Brighton People s Theatre We are so proud to be working with the Hangleton Steering Committee and Brighton People s Theatre on Your Place. We have been meeting over the past year to programme and plan this weekend, and I am overly excited that it is finally here! The energy and passion from the steering committee members is superhuman! Everyone who walks through these doors to participate, perform, watch or make has something unique to contribute to the arts - your work, your laughter, your applause, even your raised eyebrows! You all make this event special, so thank you for sharing your energy and your community with us. This weekend is a dream come true!
