FABRIC TECHNOLOGY Garments that bear the Aqua-Trans [Aqua-X] insignia are made from Spandex or Teflon Lycra that have the ability to repel water offering less resistance when swimming. UPF 50+ Natural fabric density offers UPF protection up to 50% of the sun s rays. Triflow fabrics exclusive to Triple Play are perfect for high performance sportswear to keep you cool, dry and comfortable. All fabrics are knitted with the highest quality multi-filament, microfibre yarns available and dyed with a wicking finish for maximum moisture evaporation and soft handling. Rapid moisture evaporation. FABRIC Zips can be constructed into the fabric in two ways. Either exposed or invisible. Invisi-Zip allows graphics to be printed on the front of the garment without interruption. Flatlock Stitching - Fabrics are joined together without folding producing a small aspect and as a result reduced irritation. Super Roubaix is a fleece - lined material that is both surprisingly warm and thin that is also strong, soft, comfortable and easy to care for. Gel Grip - a gel strip inserted in the cuff prevents the garment from riding up. SPONSORS LOGOS Sponsor s logos need to be provided in vector format. Vector format allows the image to be resized without loss of quality unlike a photo or a JPG file. Vector lines are usually an EPS or AI file. ARTWORK CHANGES We allow up to 2 revisions within the allowed artwork charges. Additional revisions will incur extra artwork fees. PRODUCTION Once artwork has been approved and is ready for print orders will require 4 weeks production time. PRINT COLOURS The colours on-screen may vary from the finished product. It should be used as a reference only. Due to the physical differences between offset (on paper) and sublimation (on fabric) printing processes, colours in the final print may not necessarily match the Pantone references. 10
