KROFNE DONUTS LIGHT & FLUFFY HAND CRAFTED DONUTS Krofne is a social enterprise that gives meaningful employment opportunities to those with special needs. Krofne are a delicious European yeast style donut, hand crafted in small batches, amazingly light and fluffy and always made fresh to order. Krofne are made from a Croatian recipe that stems back for four generations. Our current fillings include nutella & berry jam. LA BARRE OLIVES OLIVE OILS, VINEGARS AND FINISHING SAUCES Producers of Olive oils, vinegars and finishing sauces. Olives are grown on two farm sites with very different climates; Hardwicke Grove in Yass and Stirling Grove in Cowra. The different locations produce olives with great variety and attributes. MELISSA HONEY AWARD WINNING LOCAL HONEY Award winning local honey producer Melissa Fresh Pure Honey also sells a range of in-season fruits and vegetables, fresh herbs, native flowers and braided garlic. LE PETIT BRETON SWEET & SAVOURY HOT CREPES Le Petit Breton attends local festivals and markets providing delicious fresh sweet and savoury crepes. All crepes are prepared onsite, served with love! 2

The majority of produce comes from locally grown produce and is preservative and colouring free. 3
