Jackalope s Spa offers a range of treatments including massages, facials, and indulgent packages pairing a range of treatments. Our signature relaxation massage is an oil-based treatment designed to ease muscle tension, calm, recharge and rejuvenate your mind and body. Jackalope s facials use Edible Beauty Australia products that are 100% free from sulphates, parabens, PEGs, chemicals, fragrances, alcohol, and additives. They contain an abundance of high-grade, plant-based botanical and wildcrafted ingredients, sourced from some of the most remote and untouched parts of Australia, preserved with fermented radish root. The scent, feel and inherent experience of this pure skincare range will ensure your facial is a sensory delight for even the most sensitive skins.

packages SOAK AND SPARKLING Treat yourself to a hot bath and cold glass of bubbles from the comfort of your own room. We provide a goat s milk, magnesium, and rose water soak to add to your Japanese bath, and a bottle of bubbles to sip as you dip. A perfect indulgence on your own or as a couple. BLISS INDULGENCE, 90 MINUTES Start your session with a foot immersion using our specially made soak and foot scrub. Enjoy our signature oilbased relaxation massage. Finish with an Edible Beauty Australia facial, tailored to your skin type. PREGNANCY INDULGENCE, 90 MINUTES Incorporates the above treatments with a custom belly pillow. For pregnancies that are 12 weeks or above. RENEW, 60 MINUTES Designed to leave your body feeling smooth and renewed. This treatment incorporates an invigorating dry body brush; a warm oil wrap; head massage; and to finish, an Edible Beauty Velvet Coffee Body Butter moisturiser, designed to revitalise and nourish your skin. WINE THERAPY, 120 MINUTES This two hour treatment starts with a Hunter LAB pinot grape skin foot immersion, followed by a Hunter LAB pinot grape skin body scrub. After rinsing in our rain shower, settle in for a 60 minute signature oil-based relaxation massage and full-body moisturise using Hunter LAB s hydrating body lotion. BURROW IN, 240 MINUTES The ultimate indulgence. Relax into a Hunter LAB pinot grape skin body scrub, followed by a rain shower. Next we treat you to a signature oil-based relaxation massage and full-body moisturise using Hunter LAB s hydrating body lotion. Then, break for a two-course lunch with sides and a glass of wine in Rare Hare, before retreating to the spa to finish with a 60 minute Edible Beauty Australia facial, tailored to your skin type.
spa etiquette SPA RESERVATIONS For spa enquiries or reservations, please contact the spa reception directly 59 312 528 or email spa@jackalopehotels.com. Advance bookings are recommended to secure your preferred treatment time. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL We recommend that you leave all jewelry and valuables in your room before coming to the spa. Male guests are advised to shave prior to all facial treatments to ensure that maximum results are achieved. We recommend using the outdoor pool/spa prior to any treatment - this will stimulate your blood and lymphatic systems and enhance the benefits of your spa treatment. We recommend that you arrive in spa wearing your robe and slippers. ARRIVAL Please arrive at level 1 - outside room 44 - ten minutes prior to your treatment in order to complete your health assessment form and take time to relax before your treatment. LATE ARRIVALS Out of respect for other guests reservations, please be aware that we are unable to extend your treatment time in case of late arrivals. CANCELLATIONS Please allow 24 hours notice on all spa treatments; otherwise, 50 per cent of the treatment price will be charged. Failure to keep your appointment will result in a 100 per cent treatment charge. DURING YOUR STAY In consideration of other guests, smoking and active mobile phones are not permitted in the spa. Please be aware of the volume of your voice so as not to disturb other guests. AFTER YOUR TREATMENT We recommend that you do not sunbathe after any massage, facial or body treatment for at least six hours. If you do choose to sunbathe, we recommend the use of SPF 30+. To extend your spa experience at home, our Edible Beauty Australia products are available to purchase from Sephora or online at www.ediblebeautyaustralia.com PAYMENT For hotel guests, all treatments will be charged to your room and will appear on your account at the time of departure. Major debit and credit cards are accepted. All external guests, will be charged at the time of booking. CHILDREN We recommend that you avoid bringing children younger than 12 years old to the spa. Young guests, 12 to 15 years old are welcome to enjoy a selection of treatments under the supervision of a guardian.
