Spa Protocol Spa Appearance A private locker, bathrobe and slippers will be provided to you upon check in. Please remove all jewellery and clothing, leaving on your underwear or swimming suit. If requested, you will be provided with disposable underwear. For hygiene reasons, please shower before using the pools. The sauna and hammam (steam room) are for men and women alike. Please wear your swimming suit. Please make sure that your valuables are kept in your locker. The Management cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of any personal possessions.in consideration of other guests we ask that cell phones are turned off while at the Spa area. Check In We recommend that you check in at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. In consideration of other guests, but also Therapists, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments and the full value of your treatment will be applied.please let us know about any special medical conditions. During the Treatment Please let your Therapists know if you are comfortable. Let us know if you feel hot or cold, if the pressure is too light or firm, or any other personal desires. Cancellation Policy As a courtesy to other guest, but also Therapists, cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
