Kick start your day... stimulate refresh The centrepiece of spa LONDON is the Thermal Spa Experience. Consisting of six chambers, each housing a different heat treatment, the Thermal Spa Experience offers you the chance to indulge in therapies that date back hundreds of years. We recommend that you start your experience with the Hammam, before moving onto the thermal rooms, enabling you to acclimatise gradually to the heat. We advise that you drink plenty of water complete your experience by using the Plunge Pool, Ice Fountain or Monsoon Showers. Refreshments such as fresh fruit, infused water herbal infusion teas are complimentary during your visit. THERMAL SPA EXPERIENCE 04 Hammam A heated seating area, the Hammam is the perfect introduction to the heat sequence can be used to relax between experiences. Hot Rooms Tepidarium warm room Caldarium hotter room Laconium hottest room. A series of hot, dry air rooms, which vary from moderate to intense heats. Designed to relax the muscles relieve the pain of rheumatics. Aroma Steam Rooms A ceramic-tiled room offering wet heat, generating temperatures of 65-70 C, the climate has a very high humidity the steam is enriched with essence. Designed to soften the skin, cleanse the pores, calm the nervous system relieve tension. Sauna A dry heat treatment in a wood-lined room with a temperature reaching 90 C to 100 C, designed to bring about perspiration to cleanse the body of impurities.
